This location was a perfect ocean front property. The beds were soooo comfy! The kitchen is well stocked, as well. There were 2 main negatives for us. 1. The master bedroom is ocean front; however, the windows facing the ocean are sealed shut. We would have loved to be able to at least open them a crack to allow for perfect sleeping conditions. There’s nothing more relaxing than the sound of the ocean’s roar. 2. The A/C unit temperature is set to 73 degrees. This temperature was way too hot at night for us to sleep. If you are in menopause - you will roast at 73 degrees. Otherwise, we truly enjoyed the peaceful, low key atmosphere.This condo is away from the hustle and bustle. It’s in a residential neighborhood and you will need to drive to get to any restaurants, bars or night life. This condo is well suited for adults only.

Great communication from the property owners. The condo was exactly as described and well furnished. The room was clean and tidy. Great place to stay for our quick trip! Thanks again!!

I have stayed in 4 different units in this building and this is by far the best and my “Go To” Unit.” I have lived in beach condos for years and I felt such at home in this unit. I live less than an hour away and my out of town family members visit annually. This unit will be my annual get away and hopefully the place in which I will celebrate my 60th birthday and 35 years as an educator in 2024! Retirement has finally arrived 7/31/2024.

This is a great, clean, condo in a quiet area south of Daytona Beach. You're close enough to the action but can retreat and relax. There's nothing like enjoying your morning coffee on your private balcony with the waves crashing below. The host was attentive and available to answer any of our questions. We would go back to this spot for sure.

Condo was in a great quiet location. Lots of space. Clean and easy to get a hold of the manager.

We had a lovely time during our visit. The condo is everything we needed and exactly as advertised. We ate all of our meals in the unit and there was plenty of kitchen ware. The dining room table is big enough for meals and games. The condo is a corner unit and the master suite has windows facing two directions. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. We would and stay here again an recommend to others. Thank you from Nebraska!

The condo was as described with no issues. Condo owner was very responsive and helpful with detailed instructions. The views of the ocean from the balcony and master bedroom were beautiful and peaceful to wake up to! We were visiting family for the Holidays and the area is always peaceful and quiet. We would recommend the condo and area to others and would book again ourselves.

The condo was perfect for our stay and worked really well for our family! Loved the fun decor and location. Our littles loved the kids puzzles, which was a sweet addition. Hosts were great! Thanks again!
