El depto es muy lindo y cómodo. La terraza era una belleza. La cocina contaba con los utensilios básicos. Hay varios negocios a pocas cuadras. Excelente relación precio calidad.

Internet nos resultó un poco lento, pero al parecer así es el servicio en esa zona.

La ubicación es excelente y el estado del departamento es impecable realmente. Superó nuestras expectativas.

Good location (safe! .. on opposite to owner opinion that all time at phone insisted with arrival time for security). Good WIFI connection for working (on opposite to amenities on Booking page, wifi is available). Good Matress. Nice Balcony. Nice view from back window (7th floor). Appartment is nice, spaceful for a short visit.

1) Arrival time. Be careful ! Ask the owner (Mary) before arrival if you are working and you are not sure of arrival time. Even though you can think is normal time, as I though it is, arriving between 7-8pm. This is a normal evening time, and she insisted too much by phone on arrive before. 2) Bed not prepared at arrival, and bed sheets too small for bed size, then each morning at wake up the bed was unconfortable. 3) No good towels at all. Pandemia was over, then ask for them before arrival, if you need, and be careful that the small and old towel given as courtesy could be "sad". 4) Insistance of the owner sending messages on security, and cleanness at departure (they check how you leave the apartment, no trust at all on guests, even though they meet you before, they asked you for DNI, car documents, etc). 5) For breakfast several details can be added: a welcome tea/coffe and for daily preparing juices (at least a plastic juicer), for coffee (at least a moka) 6) A hair-dryer is lacking. 7) If winter time: Ask the owner to leave ON the heating (not easy to turn-on). 8) At arrival, bring with you the price that Booking have stablished and insist to pay such amount (just in case!... I should pay some "coins" overpriced, all ok! but look at the details on owner. In addition she asked for cash, not normal at all today! ...then ask before arrival. Finally i paid by bank transfer, all ok... but think on this to avoid headaches if you are tired after a long trip, etc..). If you need ticket of payment for work, i cannot imagine how could be ;)!
