Przede wszystkim to jest znakomity, nowy, butikowy hotel, położony przy plaży w Tel Avivie i obok hotelu Kempiński.
Obsługa rewelacyjna. Na każdą prośbę jest miła reakcja. W pokojach czysto.
Nowe umeblowanie.
Znakomite śniadania.
Łazienki, ciśnienie wody bez zarzutu.
Parking podziemny.
Klima działa też bez zarzutu.
Telewizor z Netflix i innymi platformami streamingowymi.
Widok na morze w Izraelu 😊.
Bezpiecznie człowiek się czuje.
Taki mały Kempiński ale dużo bardziej przystępny cenowo. I to się liczy, bo to nie sztuka wydać górę pieniędzy i cieszyć się z wygód.
Jewel TLV Hotel to jest jak wybór dobrego wina, jeśli ktoś umie czytać etykiety. I nie jest zmuszony przepłacać, aby zagruntować sobie coś naprawdę dobrego. Bo ten hotel jest bardzo dobry.
Tylko to, że nie mogłem tam dłużej zostać, bo musieliśmy wracać.

Boaz (front desk) was EXTREMELY helpful, friendly and accommodating. He helped us locate good restaurants, coffee shops, and a dry cleaner. He made our stay exceptional and went above and beyond for us. He stored our luggage at the hotel for two days while we went to Eilat. He was a great source of information. Thanks so much! This boutique hotel is brand new and exceptionally clean with a great location. Highly recommend getting a room with a balcony. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent location, in the centre of promenade - close to the port from one side and in walking distance to Yaffo. Sea view from the balcony and from the terrace during breakfast.

iwas double charged and it took 4 days to reverse the transaction.ie. ihad paid for the booking in november and then the recharged my crerdit card with zar 31000.!!!!!!!

The location is great. There is nice view from the balcony and the rooftop.
McDonalds is across the street, it opens at 11am. It can be good alternative for the Hotel breakfast.
It was not so noisy outside, thus it was possible to sleep with an open window
Facilities and furniture are bit outdated and it needs re-innovation.

Best location in Tel Aviv, clean, friendly. Rooms are on the the smaller side, beds not great. They could use an upgrade in furnishing better mattresses. But, the location trumps all.

The breakfast was good, but keeping the breakfast area clean for the guests who come and have breakfast a bit later, would be a must-have for the future.

Position, comfortable room and valuable parking.
Staff indifferent and unfriendly. Breakfasts disorganized and poor on Saturdays. Cold and stale bread with inferior coffee. Safe out of order, not dealt with. Room service again on Saturday very reluctantly supplied very late.
