Loved the space available in this 3 bedroom plus loft condo! Outdoor rooftop deck was a big plus. Also wonderful to be next to a park with fitness trails and Pickleball courts! The condo is well stocked with beach towels, baby items such as a pack n play, laundry soap, kitchen spices,etc. The owner is extremely responsive…I texted him that we didn’t have a couple of items and they were delivered that afternoon!

We just got back from two wonderful weeks at Ocean Walk Paradise hosted by Jason. Our three-bedroom, 3-bathroom unit was perfect for five adults. All the facilities and pictures as represented by juprent.com were spot on. Jason was in touch with us the moment we made our reservation. Our unit was recently renovated, clean, and spacious. We had a 5-minute walk through a park to the beach and only a 2-minute walk to the pool! Everything in Bella Vista was beautifully manicured and well taken care of. Jason was terrific in suggesting his favorite restaurants in the Jupiter area, which we took full advantage of. He was also able to arrange bike rentals for one of the weeks that we were there. The weather was great, the place was great, what can I say, we're most likely heading back next year. Jason truly is a premier host! We highly recommend working with Jason.

Perfect location for 3 couples to spend a week in Jupiter. Beautiful condo, 3 bedrooms/3 baths, plenty of room and the owner had supplies waiting for us! Close to restaurants and the beach. Walking path around the property. Nice pool! Owner easy to get in touch with! Hope to return to Bella Vista again!

Jupiter - It is out of this world!
A beautiful condo. Clean fresh modern beach decor, stocked with everything you could want and a some extras you will appreciate, Bella Vista has a nice family friendly pool and is a short lovely walk to Carlin Park Beach. Everything else is a 5-10 minute drive,. Great restaurants all around, kayaking, Cape Coral Beach, Blowing Rocks Preserve and the Jupiter Lighthouse filled our stay.
A proactive communicative host who wants you to have a great time…between easy communication, quick response to questions and local recommendations…. will be back and would definitely recommend JupRentals.

Very Disappointed
If it had been a hotel, we would have checked out after one night. We did ultimately depart eight days early. Ants in the bed in the master bedroom. The roof deck and condo overlook a dumpster and a parking lot. After 20 years of using VRBO, our least favorable experience. A Holiday Inn Express at Ritz Carlton prices.

Internet service was great allowing some work check-ins that were required on the trip. Enjoyed the many dining options around Jupiter. Working with the owner was very easy and simple, especially since we arrived at 4am due to long flight delays and daylight savings spring forward!

Great communication with the owner/manager so check in was a breeze. House was great and well stocked with items you may need. And conveniently located to the beach, shops and restaurants!

Lots of space; tranquil rooftop terrazzo; complementary-beverage-surprise; easy beach access; safe community environment… (only “negative” was slight drop in water pressure with shower+laundry or flush or tub—but not unexpected with this solid vintage Jupiter construction, and advance planning minimized disruption.)

Beautiful renovation, great location! Perfect set up for our family with two teens and two younger children. Private bedrooms and bathrooms and great open plan family area. Easy access to a beautiful beach, tennis and pool. Great experience!

Wonderful Jupiter Condo!
We loved our stay here. Great location across from unique Carlin Park beach in Jupiter. Excellent bedrooms with TVs. Great seating for family catch-up conversation and I was surprised how little traffic there was getting on to Indiantown Rd from the entrance. Great bagel and donut shops nearby. Checking out Jupiter Inlet with the lighthouse and watching the surfers was definitely a highlight. You just won’t experience that elsewhere that I know. Look forward to visiting again when not just a wedding weekend. -Ron from Tallahassee, Fl
