This place was exactly what we needed, no frills, clean house with great location. 5 min walk from Grace Bay beach, most restaurants and many small cafes. Also 2 min away from the supermarket. The host Bianca was very responsive and came to help and resolve small issues that arose (automatic lock was glitching so she reset it). She also gave us great recs for local food spots. Overall would recommend for a family of 4-5 people, it is perfectly comfortable.

Nice property in a good location. Walking to the beach in the heat is a bit of a stretch, getting to restaurants as well -- I would recommend a rental car. We stayed in A3, it was nice and clean, however we wished there was more soap, dishsoap and TP -- we had to buy some! There is an Avis car rental 4 min walking, but we haven't tried it and not sure it is open after Covid! There is a small and expensive grocery store 5 min walking as well

Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful providing both cell phone numbers and meeting some of our group onsite before I got there so they could be set up. Actual property is in a great location. Market is up the street, beach is a 5 min walk, coco bistro is right around the corner which is highly recommended. Airport about 20 away. Place has 2 bedrooms master is king and second room can be split into 2 beds or king depending your group. Upstairs/downstairs. Plenty of living space, a nice patio area and a pool with grill in the back. It is shared with the other townhomes but we met some owners and they were very friendly. Would recommend and also come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed Scott and Dana's townhouse. It has everything you need and is very clean. You share the backysrd pool and bbq with other guests. The back deck is super refreshing with the breeze and trees covering us from the sun. It is about a 5 minute walk to the main street and business and 10 minute walk to the beach. Very quiet area. You probably need a car. The street to get to the house is unpaved and bumpy. I would stay here again

This is place is amazing and in good location further away from the crowd but close to everything 5 min from Gourmet Gracebay and 5 minutes to the beach by foot. After long day soaking up the sun on the beach it was so nice to come home to the townhouse so peaceful and quiet. I will recommend this place to anyone. Scott and Dana are amazing, they're so kind, friendly and quick to reaponse. I will go back and stay at their place. Highly recommended.

Relaxing vacation in paradise
This is place is amazing and in good location further away from the crowd but close to everything 5 min from Gourmet Gracebay and 5 minutes to the beach by foot. After long day soaking up the sun on the beach it was so nice to come home to the townhouse so peaceful and quiet. I will recommend this place to anyone. Scott and Dana are amazing, they're so kind, friendly and quick to reaponse. I will go back and stay at their place. Highly recommended.
