This mom and teenaged son stayed at Grace Bay Townhomes for a week in the latter part of April. The home was very clean and had all the amenities we needed to live comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped with good quality pots and pans, coffeemaker, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. We usually cooked breakfast each morning. We could walk to the very nice grocery store within a few minutes to purchase anything we wanted. The Wi-Fi worked great and with a laptop we could use the internet, including watching videos, anywhere in the unit. The TV also had good channels, including international news, entertainment channels, local news and a lot of sports channels. The weather was warm and sunny, but breezy during our stay. There were no mosquitoes or no-see-ums in the home or at the pool. We ran the upstairs AC a little to cool down the bedrooms in the evening, but we mainly depended on ceiling fans, open windows and the breezes while sleeping, without any issues. I can imagine that if it is not windy, one would need to run the AC more to keep cool. The beds were comfortable. The pool was very clean and lovely. There were others staying while we were there, but it never seemed crowded and was always very quiet. We did not rent a car, but during daylight walked everywhere. The short path to the beach also takes you right to many great restaurants, ice cream, a dive shop, and shopping. The unit had beach chairs, but we brought our own lightweight packable beach gear to use. We rented snorkeling equipment at the nearby dive shop and took a taxi to snorkel off the beach. We walked to a nearby resort to meet our ride for a snorkeling outing. We took a taxi home once or twice when we got too far afield for dinner. Dana and Scott were very helpful and easy to contact. Dana helped us identify the taxi operator where we accidentally left behind a cellphone and we were able to get it back—thank you! If you want a vacation where you have some extra room to relax and rest, this is a very good place. We would definitely stay here again.

The pool made a nice cool-off spot after a day at the beach and was quiet (and mostly unused by any of the units' tenants) the time we were there. Everything you'd need is there, including kitchen utensils, towels, washer/dryer and even a grill. Only (tiny) suggestion would be to have box fans in the bedrooms - the ceiling fans didn't seem strong enough to keep us cool in the 70+ degree Jan nights. The Location: As they say, about a 5-7-min walk to Grace Bay beach (all beaches are public, tho the hotels have chairs/umbrellas for their guests). similar walk to shopping in Salt Mills and Graceway Gourmet (grocery). Numerous restaurants/bars in the area to choose from. You could certainly spend your time here w/o a car. OTOH, we did have a car and found it convenient for getting out to Smith's Reef, the Thurs Fish Fry and Turks Head Brewery, as well as to/from the airport. for the 4 of us, it was probably break-even vs taking cabs each trip, but the flexibility was definitely worth it. There's also a couple public parking lots closer (along the walking path) to the beach, which made it easier to carry chairs/bags, etc. Dana & Scott met us when we arrived, gave us a run-down of the unit / area / house rules (close & lock the windows when you leave in case it rains!). answered all our questions about the area. This is a beautiful townhome. There are only about 6 units, which make this a wonderfully quiet space - we had the very well maintained pool to ourselves almost every day! The home itself is big & bright. Both bedrooms upstairs have an en-suite and and additional bathroom on the main floor. Only consideration may be that the AC compressor is in the second bedroom (two single beds), which is a bit noisy if there are light sleepers. It was great for us however, as it worked like a light sound machine for our sleeping daughter! Bonus! The beds were super comfortable as well (something you don’t often get in our experience with rentals). Loved having the big screened in porch - it was so nice to have meals outside without worrying about mosquitoes! Dana was awesome, easy and quick with communication and any assistance. We had our 8 month old & they provided a pack & play and a new booster seat (easily & safely strapped to the outdoor chair) made for a great “high chair” - and we didn’t have to bring anything extra along. There is a small path that leads directly from the townhome right to Grace Bay beach - about a 5 minute walk max. Same distance to the grocery store, which was so convenient. Although we always rent a car for the week, there are lots of great restaurants all within walking distance as well. The location is really perfect - and so is this home! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Don’t hesitate to book it.

The home is a well-stocked with adequate linens, towels, kitchen/cooking items, beach equipment and also very well furnished. Really the only downside is that the blinds are light and thin not providing much darkness when you are sleeping or insulation in general. Plenty of mosquitoes so we didn't use the screened in porch but it is spacious. And the pool is right in the back which was very convenient. When the air conditioning is off, the home does get very warm but it cools off very quickly and there are ceiling fans. It’s very efficient air conditioning and comfortable when on. There are a hard floors throughout the home which I prefer to carpet. Laundry room. Large walk-in closet’s with hangers. Nice bathrooms. A cell phone is even provided for local calls! Very convenient to various restaurants, hotels, and beaches. Recommend renting a car. We will return for sure.

We had a great time in T&C. The Townhome was in a perfect place for us. The beach was just down a walk path and there were many restaurants we could walk to. There was also shopping close by and the grocery store was right around the corner. We will defenately be back. The owners were fantastic, waiting as our flight was delayed. The townhome was clean and the pool was an added bonus. Overall a great time and place.

Beautiful place. Very clean, walking distance to supermarket and village. Worked well for a family of 5. Towels could be updated. Beds were comfortable linens and bedspreads were clean and nice. The pool was clean and we really enjoyed it after a day at the beach. Hosts were very friendly but strict. Would definitely rebook!
