The only plus is that the host allowed us to check out a few hours later than the checkout.

The host did not warn that there were problems with hot water in the house and therefore it was possible to wash either in boiling water or in ice water. To my complaints, the host sarcastically replied that I should wash the children (I have 4 kids) at night by mixing water in the bathroom. That is, not under the shower, but right in the bathroom. On my request to cancel the booking or a partial refund, the host refused and said that this was not a significant problem. Apparently, not taking daily showers is not essential for him. And the bookingcom service itself supported the host and sent me to hell - because of this, by the way, I switched to another service for booking accommodation and was very pleased. In general, the apartment is no longer quite like in the photo and it is noticeable that it is not properly cared for. There was also a feeling that the bed linen was not fresh or it was such a bad laundry detergent. Some kitchen utensils were dirty. Liquid stains and spots on the sofa. The dish sponge was not replaced and there are no utensils to at least just clear the table. Only one pair of slippers and that one is old and dirty. Toaster with crumbs, coffee machine with coffee leftovers. Missing one curtain in the bedroom. Some strange spots on the table in the bathroom. There are only 4 coasters in the apartment while guests are 6. Wet linens are also on the balcony. I could took another appartment two times cheaper but canceled it before this apartment only because of the hot water. In my opinion, the host behaved very dishonestly and I do not recommend taking apartments from such a host. The host will refuse you as soon as there are any problems and this apartment is simply not worth the money that he asks for it.

The accommodation is in a very good location from the center and the sights of the city. It is also close to Terme Bucharest - a great place for relaxation and fun for the whole family.

Everything was great. I have no remarks.

Spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Only had one small problem - the toaster failed. Quickly replaced the next morning by the host. Fantastic service. Great communication before and during our stay.

A list of local facilities - shops etc, would have been helpful, but we had our family locally, so it wasn’t a problem for us. We were concerned about the lack of shower curtains in the bathrooms. The water just splashed on the floors, but they were fully tiled, so maybe not an issue in reality.

I liked the interior design and the cozy atmosphere of the rooms.
