This property was perfect. It was everything we could have ever wanted in a Vrbo . Clean , well equipped house . It was great having the bikes and kayaks . Elizabeth was a wonderful host and was quick to reply to any questions that we may have had .

The house was very well maintained and luxurious by our standards. The pool in the listing had appeared to be quite small but was more than adequate for our needs. Everything was as expected and we had no issues - just a lovely getaway to hang with family. Our first experience with Vrbo so we didn't know what to expect and were pleasantly surprised. Only one suggestion: a step stool for the master bed for shorties like me!

Our family of four stayed at this wonderful home for spring break in March of 2023. The location of the home is walking and biking distance to all kinds of restaurants, shopping and beach access. The location makes it easy to get to anything on the island and is on a quiet street with little to no traffic. The house layout is perfect for a family with plenty of space in the kitchen and family room. The outdoor space is great for relaxing and enjoying the heated pool and hot tub. The lanai keeps the bugs away. The canal offers the ability to kayak. We saw two dolphins and two manatees along with some iguanas during our stay. The bedrooms are nicely furnished and offer plenty of space. Device charging stations in each room for all you devices. The bathrooms are very large and offer plenty of space to get ready. The garage has all the beach necessities including chairs, coolers, boogey boards and umbrellas. Would definitely recommend and if available would stay in the future.

This house was amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. The house is in a perfect location and equipped with everything you may need to have a successful, relaxing vacation. The house is super clean, the beds are comfortable, the pool and hot tub are a perfect size for kids to have a good time. The owners are quick to respond. We had a wonderful time and we will definitely be back.

This home exceeded our expectations. The owners were easy to deal with and very helpful. The home had many more items for recreation than were mentioned in the ad. It was well equipped and well located. We would stay at this property again in the future and highly recommend it to others.

This fabulous home had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful vacation with our kids and grandkids! First time renter because we're used to staying in 4 star hotels, but we wanted to have a place all of us could stay together. After reading the other reviews commenting how clean it was, we took a chance. So glad we did!! We rode bikes every day to enjoy the weather as we explored the island, went to the beaches, local restaurants and for ice cream at night. We kayaked, fished, played many games they had available, read their books about the island, spent time in the pool/hot tub, watched movies with the kids on the lanai and made many memories we will cherish! Thank you for opening your home to us and being so quick and helpful with responses. We were truly blessed!

The home is clean, has plenty of space and a great pool/deck on the canal. It is super close to all the local beaches, restaurants and shopping. The best part is that it is very well stocked with anything you could need for a beach vacation. The host was very friendly and communication was easy.

Our adult group thoroughly enjoyed 730 Plantation Court! This home is definitely set up for out-of-towners. The host/hostess thought of everything. Being in a quiet neighborhood and on the channel, you’d never know you were so close to the beach, grocery store, and fish market. We would definitely stay here again!

We had incredible communication with Elizabeth. She was so quick to respond to our questions and needs. She was so accommodating with the pool and hot tub. Wonderful home to stay in and excellent amenities (bikes with bike locks, fishing poles to fish off the dock, garage door remote, etc).
House was very clean and comfortable. Loved the outdoor fireplace.

There were 4 adults and we all had a great time. The house was amazing! We watched our football team outside on the lanai and in the pool...it doesn't get better than that! We would highly recommend staying here. The perfect weather helped and dock was great for our morning coffee.

Perfect getaway!
We fell in love with Marco Island and this house was a perfect home base for exploring the island. We loved biking to the beach and kayaking around the canals. The house was comfortable and clean and well stocked with everything we needed to cook and relax at home. Elizabeth was so responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect Stay
We travel frequently as a family, and use VRBO regularly, this was by far our best experience. The house was perfect, and the owner was more then accommodating. They went well beyond what was necessary to make our stay perfect. The house was located perfectly, and had EVERYTHING you will need, from bikes, coolers, beach toys, etc. We will be back. Oh, and it was extremely clean, we are very particular when it comes to cleanliness.

While we spent most our time at the beach, it was nice driving back to a comfortable home that we can relax and enjoy ourselves outside at the table by the pool or inside to watch a movie or play games. Overall, this setup was a great place to relax and all of the provided beach items made our trip quite enjoyable and easy!

Beautiful home on Marco Island
We loved the home. It had everything we needed and more. The pool was great and the two grandkids loved it. Marco is a beautiful island with great restaurants. My family are vegetarian so our selection was a little limited. We ate several times at Sami. Great food.
Our only problem was the limited parking to access the beach. There are two public parking lots with limited spaces. If you are a resident or are staying three months you have the option to buy a permit but we were only there for a week. We managed but it was not easy.

Staying in this beautiful home was a vacation in itself.
Great experience and will definitely come back. The owners thought of everything -coolers , bikes , fishing rods etc.
The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and theTEC grill on the patio was great. The patio was great and had another table and chairs along . Also enjoyed the pool and hot tub

This property is absolutely beautiful! Everything in the description and more. The house is amazing, clean, safe and one of the most enjoyable stays ever! Everything was perfect and anything you needed was readily available. The owner was very nice. We will definitely book again! Kayaks and bikes were a huge bonus and so appreciated.
