Very clean, very nice home with a beautiful backyard. We had an absolute blast during our visit. Plenty of parking and plenty of room for all of your toys. We were pleasantly surprised once we received the welcome guide on the the day of our arrival. Garage has a commercial ice machine and back gazebo has a kegerator for guests to use. Would highly recommend!!

This place was awesome.
Plenty of space to spread out, outdoor kitchen is a great place to hang out. We were fortunate to be able to use the large garage as well which allowed all of our vehicles to be indoors. Spending the day on the lake the large commercial ice maker in the garage is a huge plus.

We enjoyed it so much we are planning another trip and would definetly stay again. Was able to get in contact with the owners and the house keeper with no issues..
The only down fall was the internet the refrigerator, and ice machine didn't work. But there was a back up refrigerator for us to use which was nice

The ice machine didn't work which wasn't an issue til we discovered the refrigerator and freezer also didn't work. Since it was a weekend they couldn't get it fixed while we were there. Had those two things been working it would have been all 5 stars. The owner and manager were responsive and did their best to get someone there, it just didn't work out while we were there.

This place was perfect for our family reunion of 11 members! Everyone had plenty of room and lots of space to relax and have fun! The backyard was pretty awesome too! The pictures DID NOT LIE! Thank you, Brooke, for letting us enjoy this beautiful home!

Great stay!
I rented this house for a weekend stay in lake havasu and it was great! The house is a short drive to the lake, very clean, has a lot of great perks such as the outside bar and grill, and the host Brooke is very accommodating and quickly responds to messages. 5/5 would recommend!
