We had a terrific experience with this property and owners! The entire process was simple as a hotel stay - actually easier. Location is nice, restaurant and convenience store across the street, very convenient. Property was secure (not really much of a concern in this area), clean and quiet as we had hoped. The interior was very bright and clean; lots of detail and amenities - even beach items we didn't think about needing. The deck has great views to the west of the ocean, beach and intercostal - we especially liked the shade most of the day! The dedicated parking space is in the garage is nice too- right next to the walkway to the beach and elevator. I really cannot find anything remotely critical or negative to mention here- it was just great!

My family of 4 plus 2 friends enjoyed our stay so much. The location was perfect for the Blue Angels show. The owners could not have been any nicer or more helpful. Mrs. Marina was always available for any questions. The condo was clean and had lots of amenities. My kids stayed in the pool! The wait list for Peg Leg’s worked out perfectly for a busy weekend. Thank you for such a great experience!

Everything about out vacation was wonderful. The condo owner was very responsive & helpful. We had an easy check in & check out, great location, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds & no large crowds on the beach. Board games were an added extra that we enjoyed! We loved being about to enjoy meals on the patio. My family loved this condo & can't wait to return.

This property is in a great location and the view is amazing! The owners have ensured that you’ll have everything needed to feel right at home! Having a view of the pool and ocean is a win! The patio furniture is very stylish and comfortable. Super clean as well!

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. If you need took cook, the kitchen was very well equipped with pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. We had a short stay, so we chose to eat out. If you forget your beach towels or chairs, no worries because they even had those available to be used. It rained most of the stay, so our family played Uno and various board games that was in the condo as well. I literally have no complaints about this condo, and look forward to staying there again.

The condo is very nice and had anything we might have needed. The balcony is not fully facing the ocean but we liked having a little area where the breeze was not so bad and loved being able to see the ocean side and bay side. Loved having the table on the balcony. Would definitely recommend!!!

Great place to stay! Location is fantastic. So nice to step right out on the beach! We have stayed here before and we love all of the improvements that have been made to the condo. The kitchen is especially nice. The hosts are very helpful and the condo has lots of extras not seen at other places.

The check-in process was super easy, directions were super helpful by the host, and the condo exactly as it looks. The location is just out of the hubbub of the busier downtown, but close enough to do it all. The beds were so comfortable, super fluffy bathroom towels and beach towels offered if you forgot yours, stocked kitchen with spices and the little things that are easily forgotten, and the balcony gave our family beautiful sunsets overlooking the ocean. The pool and hot tub are a nice offering if you get sick of the waves or are looking for a relaxing dip. We didn't want to leave, but back to the real world again... The host is extremely helpful, can't go wrong with booking this place!

Great location steps away from the beach, pool, and hot tub. Condo is very clean and well stocked with everything you will need to just bring in your suitcase and groceries. Peg Leg Pete's was also a hit with our family - avoid a long wait by checking in through Yelp and walking across the street when it is time to check-in with the hostess. Added bonus was luggage and shopping carts in the garage to haul everything up in one trip. Owners were super responsive, always helpful, and even offered flexible check-in/check-out times based on the cleaning schedule. Highly recommend staying here!

This is one of the nicest, best located, and greatest value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and being able to walk right down to the beach was a huge plus. Also, the condominium is right across the street from Peg Leg Pete’s which was very nice. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful condo.

The owner went out of her way to provide just about everything you could think of to make our family's stay more comfortable. Newly refurbished kitchen, great view, very convenient location. We will definitely stay again.

Was thrilled with rental and communication with owner. Location is awesome and the condo is perfect for chilling on the balcony and taking in beautiful sunsets or enjoying the view of the beach and Bay Area. (Also, with one of the best restaurants in Pensacola Beach within walking distance.). We will definitely return in the future.

We have frequented many beaches along the gulf coast. This is our first time in Pensacola Beach, and it has quickly become our favorite of all the beaches. This property was excellent. The communication and hospitality shown by Marina is exceptional. You can tell she cares about her property and her guests’ experiences. We will be back!

The unit is decorated beautifully. It has been renovated and has an open floor plan. Marina’s attention to detail was impressive. I have been renting condos for over 20 years & have never stayed anywhere where the owners were this thoughtful. Even little things like leaving plenty of COMFORTABLE blankets, throw blankets, comforters, pillows, thick bath towels (& plenty of them), regular coffee & k-cups, beach towels, beach toys, umbrellas, and chairs. If there’s a possibility something could come in handy on your beach vacation- they’ve thought of it. This was a last minute Birthday trip for my mom. Marina made the whole process so simple. She even offered to give us a discount if we wanted to check in later that night! We had such a great time we asked to stay longer, but her unit was already booked (of course it was, it’s fabulous!). She offered to try to find us something else in the building, but I told her she had already done plenty. Luckily we found another unit on the same floor and building as this one & stayed a few days longer. We were glad to be at the beach, but the other condo just didn’t stack up to this one! If this unit is available when we come back- we would definitely book again!

Such a wonderful weekend getaway for our family. This condo was beautiful with an updated kitchen with all the amities from home. A personal covered parking spot, a pool with hot tub on site. The beach is literally steps from the building. The balcony was enjoyed at all times of day, from drinking our cup of coffee in the morning to having a cocktail and seeing the most gorgeous sunset over the water. We literally had all we needed for our stay and then some. This host even had family board games for use and beach equipment in the closet. I can’t say enough about Marina and James they are friendly, helpful and communication was outstanding.

I would highly recommend this condo for a relaxing beach stay. The condo is spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out are a breeze, and Marina was always quick with a response to my questions. We would absolutely check to see if this condo was available next time we come to Pensacola Beach.

This property is beautiful, in a perfect location. The little extras for guests like coffee, a k- cup coffee machine, beach towels, make up removal towelettes, and more are such a nice touch. We will be back!

The communication with the host was the best I have ever experienced. Always quick to respond and very helpful. The condo was the stocked with all sorts of entertainment for rainy days. Very clean beautiful views etc… I would definitely stay here again and again!
