Five of us (two couples and a single guy) rode our Harleys from central Iowa to Dubuque to spend a few days riding along the Mississippi and going to a Jelly Roll concert at the Q Casino.
The accommodations were fantastic! This place is HUGE and so well done it’s simply amazing. All of the finishes and decorations were terrific.
It’s in an area with a great vib, lots of dining choices, and great nightlife.
Our group absolutely loved it!

This place is amazing! The locations is fabulous. You can walk to so many amazing restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and bars. Very close to the river. The rooftop terrace was gorgeous and the perfect spot to hangout! The house is so spacious and fit our large group perfectly. Seriously the best!

This property was exactly as advertised. Plenty of space for five adults to stay and be comfortable and still have some privacy. There was a miscommunication on the check-in process, which is the only reason I did not give this property all five stars. I was able to get a hold of the property manager, and he took care of getting us into the property and providing us with the Internet password. I would recommend this place for anybody who is able to handle the steps. The rooftop patio was a very nice place to relax in the evening and look over the city.

My siblings and I had a great time in this unit. There where two sets of stairs to get up with all our stuff, but after we did, we were extremely happy with the place. We had plenty of room to spread out and do what we wanted. Beds were comfy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and we had a great time.

Easy booking process. Jeff provided all the information we needed to get in on out first day. Tons of room and great outdoor seating area. All kitchen items needed for a multi day stay. Can't wait to come back.

I had my Girls Weekend in Dubuque this year! This is a wonderful property! Big enough for 7 ladies and great location! Close to restaurants and shops and sights. Deck is great for a dance party! Thanks for a great weekend!!!

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Everything and more that we needed was in the building. Our bed was a bit soft (but that is a preference issue not a complaint). All of the rooms were gorgeous. We enjoyed the rooftop patio!
The only “warning” I would give others, there are a lot of steps to the loft. I mean, one assumes steps with a loft but just wanted to give a heads up to anyone thinking maybe there wasn’t. Lol
We would definitely stay again. It was a great location to visit “old Dubuque”.

Amazing Field of Dreams retreat
Jeff is an amazing host. The Penthouse offers a terrific central place for a long weekend getaway we're longer. Surrounded by lots of restaurants, breweries, parks, attractions, and nearby hiking and the Mississippi river. We had an absolute blast and couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. The only drawback are the loud motorcycles on the streets of Dubuque...certainly nothing that Jeff can control. His penthouse is amazing and has everything and more that a family could ask for for a long weekend retreat. Our son loved playing cornhole on the terrace.

What a great property, and a great location. This property was great for a reunion of friends, lots of social spaces, beds were comfortable and clean, as well as the bathrooms. Easy walking distance from so much in downtown Dubuque. Really looking forward to coming back when the weather is warmer to take advantage of the rooftop deck. Will definitely be staying again.

The property was absolutely amazing! We were in town for a friends wedding and had 4 couples staying at the house. There was PLENTY of room for all of us! We enjoyed a couple meals & night caps out on the beautiful rooftop patio!
I saw there was a previous complaint about noise but we were shocked how quiet it was for being a downtown apartment.
Location was great as we could walk to many restaurants, bars, and our friends wedding.
My only complaint was communication of how to check in and where to park.
Overall highly recommend this property!

Weekend Getaway
The property was absolutely amazing! We were in town for a friends wedding and had 4 couples staying at the house. There was PLENTY of room for all of us! We enjoyed a couple meals & night caps out on the beautiful rooftop patio!
I saw there was a previous complaint about noise but we were shocked how quiet it was for being a downtown apartment.
Location was great as we could walk to many restaurants, bars, and our friends wedding.
My only complaint was communication of how to check in and where to park.
Overall highly recommend this property!

The kitchen was fully stocked with all the comforts of home available for making meals. AND the whole place was incredibly clean!!! The only piece to consider (if you have small children that go to bed early) is that in the evenings we could hear some noise from the bars downtown. We would highly recommend this location. The property manager was easy to connect and work with. This was a great experience!!!!

This property was beautiful! Way beyond my expectations! Location is great for walking, restaurants and shops. Outdoor terrace is huge and awesome! Bedrooms are large and beds are so comfortable!! There is so much room in this home!! River and bike and hiking trails are close. Dubuque is a cute, quaint city. I'm looking forward to our next stay!

Beautiful, spacious unit on third floor with large, sunny deck. We were in town for a wedding, so our weekend was full of activities. Our only regret is that we didn't have much "downtime" to enjoy the unit. Very convenient to National Mississippi River Museum and downtown restaurants. Beds are super comfortable and decor/furnishings are definitely an upgrade from your typical rental. Unit was super clean. Jeff was easy to communicate with and was very responsive when we couldn't figure out the TV.

This penthouse is absolutely gorgeous. It was very clean and had everything we needed and more! The terrace is beautiful and private. The owner responded to our questions quickly. As of our stay in June 2021, all the furniture was brand new. This property could not possibly disappoint.
