This rental has it all! Updated, Landscaped beautifully! In walking distance to the clubhouse and pool. Beautiful views from the lanai. Restaurants and shopping a very short distance away. Would for sure rent this property again if available. Can't say enough good things of staff at Realty Group of SWFL. Carlina at SWFL is excellent to work with and is the Best!

We enjoyed the home we rented for January & February. The home is very well equipped with all the necessary items for cooking. We enjoy the location near the pool & the club house. We love the lanai & the hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub did not work after the second week of February & even though we called the office a number of times they could not find anyone to fix it. We were disappointed that it could not be fixed.

Great, newly renovated holiday Home. New furniture, new bathrooms and a private Hot Spring Spa. Perfect area for golfing, shopping and enjoying the beaches or explore Florida.
