We stayed one night in this quaint farmhouse. The entire home was well-decorated, clean and comfortable. We were initially concerned because of the proximity to a fairly busy road, but we barely heard noise from it. The owners also provide white noise machines for each bedroom for those who might need it. The check in and out process was easy, and the owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns. It is a very short drive from the Clemson campus and would be perfect for anyone who would be visiting there.

Perfect perfect perfect adorable place for me, my husband, my 15yo and my freshman Tiger to stage ourselves for move in day. Love this place! WILL stay again. Almost don't want to share this review so I will have this place all to myself .... Clean, comfy beds, perfect location. Super owners!

Property is exactly as described. Super cute. Beds are very comfortable! The hosts are great. Good communication! Close to campus and other areas. Quiet street. Would definitely stay here again.

We rented this house for the spring game weekend. Everything was great! Check-in and check-out are a breeze, the house has everything you need, and it’s a mile from the stadium. We will definitely be renting again.

BEWARE if you choose to book this property and attempt to bring a dog who sheds. You will be charged a damage fee. We brought our house-trained/crate-trained pug with us for our stay. We thought everything was great as far as location and our stay, but upon leaving we received a message we were being charged for damages because our dog sheds. In her explanation, the host informed us that our dog was not allowed on the furniture (she wasn't, even though that rule was very hard to find on the listing) and that we should have covered the furniture with sheets we brought with us to keep her fur off the furniture. First of all, the rule about not being on the furniture was hidden in a link, inside of a link, inside of a link on the app. We brought her bed and crate so she wouldn't be on the furniture and crated her when we left. Secondly, we NEVER received the request that we bring sheets with us to cover the furniture. If we had, we would have booked elsewhere. It's a pug, for god's sake. She has two coats of fur and sheds when she's stressed, like in an unfamiliar house and traveling. Her fur spreads like glitter. It's absolutely ridiculous we were charged a pet fee, and a damage fee for her fur. What does the pet fee cover then? Bottom line: Even though this house is called a "farmhouse," don't be fooled. Animals aren't welcome here. We've stayed in VRBOs for years with our dog with no problems and have always receive a 5/5 rating from hosts.

Listing indicated a 3pm check-in and host indicated 4pm. A minor inconvenience. Property was very nice and close to all locations we visited; including grocery stores and breakfast restaurants. No troubles. Enjoyed our stay and will seek this property out for return trips to area.
