Not much to look at on the outside, but cozy and comfy & bigger on the inside. It features a memory foam mattress, a new battery, upgraded vinyl flooring, and a positive attitude! She sleeps two in the queen bed, 1-2 in the fold-down table (a couple of kids or squished small adults), and a SMALL child in the over-bed loft (50 lbs max).
