Cute and had everything we needed for an overnight trip to Belmont.

The location is great- the studio is well designed and perfect for 2. The AC made noise at different times even with following instructions left on table. Bathroom sink was clogged, missing toilet paper holder and at some point there was a ceiling/wall leak. It was not cleaned well- dust on chairs/top of refrigerator. Floors were not clean- they appear clean however after I spilled a small amount of water and went to clean it up and paper towel was brown. Studio needs a deep cleaning. I did not call anyone while we there for assistance-made the needed adjustments to live in the space for 3 days.

The host, Shawn, was excellent. He sent the access information well in advance and even sent a note the day of letting us know we could check in early. The place looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and odor free. The pool looked great but we didn’t get a chance to utilize it. The area had a lot of great restaurants including Hattie B’s which was delicious. The only bummer was the firm check out time of 10am. We had to put our bags in our friend’s hotel room as they had a late checkout. We would definitely recommend Shawn and his unit to all friends visiting Nashville.

Very cute and clean studio. Perfect for 2-3 people. Anything that you need is in walking distance: food, booze, gas, groceries, and nail salon. Parking got a little busy at late at night, but still has close parking. 15 minutes from The Gulch and 10 minutes from downtown. Quite neighbors.

A great convenient stay close to downtown Nashville, close to a comedy club and a quick walk to 12 South :) The pool came in handy in the heat!

Relaxing down time studio
My wife and I were in town exploring Nashville. This studio is a 5 minute walk to Hattie Bs which is a must when you visit Nashville. Downtown is a $10 Lyft ride which I’d suggest you do since parking in downtown is really expensive and traffic is a nightmare around Broadway. We got complaint would be the tv and ac. Which are a must when are trying to relax after a hot day of running out exploring the town. Luckily there is a box fan that really helps cool down the studio. All in all it was a great place and looking forward to coming back.

Great location!
This cute, clean apartment was in a great location! The entire process of checking in and out was smooth. We walked to M.L. Rose for cocktails and ate at Maple Street Biscuit for brunch-they were both fantastic! Taking a Lyft to and from downtown was easy. We would love to come back and stay longer!

Cute apartment but the throw rugs were a tripping hazard. Too much stuff in a small space. Owner forgot soap, etc but we brought our own and no washcloths. Bed was comfortable but did not figure out how to use the television. Also bathroom sink didn’t drain

The unit was updated, very clean, and nicely decorated. Nice location. Quiet. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. Bathroom clean and updated. A nice coffee bar and welcoming basket of water and snacks. It is best for sleeping 2 or 3 at the most. 4 people would be very tight.

All you need for a visit to Music City
The location of the Studio is so convenient to downtown and the interstate. The place is updated, quiet and the bed is very comfortable. One surprise was the great water pressure in the shower. After a long day (and night) enjoying music row, taking a hot shower felt so good. A grocery store is just a block away and a spirits store 1/2 block. We would definitely stay the next time we visit Nashville!
