We loved our stay in Asheville. This home is comfortable for our family of 6 perfectly. We enjoyed the hot tub nightly, dinners around the dining room table, games in the living room and easy access to all the city has to offer. Great location. Lovely home.

Best property ever! Furnishings beautiful and very comfortable. The owner thought of everything. Convenient to all attractions and to restaurants too. We had a great time and plan to book it again.

We drove to Asheville to see the fall colors and the Biltmore Estate. The house was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. It's a good location and a comfortable house. Recommended.

The house was very clean, full of amenities and in a perfect location to enjoy all things Asheville. The property manager was easy to work with. We traveled with 2 young kids and it was great.

Loved the hot tub, fire pit and well stocked kitchen. Beautiful bathrooms. The only small suggestion: we could have used a few more bath & kitchen towels for 4 adults. Definitely would stay here again & hope to do so!

I was staying with 2 girlfriends for a girl's week in Ashville. We actually thought there must be something wrong with this house, because it wasn't already rented a month previous to our stay. The home looked brand new, clean and very comfortable. The pictures were spot on. The house even had the new house smell when we opened the door. Everything was spotless and the decor was beautiful. All three bedrooms were perfect as we had three girls, so one bedroom for each of us. We especially liked the 1/2-bathroom downstairs to utilize when we were taking advantage of the hot tub and firepit. On our way to the house, we stopped for extra supplies which was totally unnecessary. The property came equipped with plenty of everything for a 5 day stay. The house was close enough to all the amenities such as: downtown Ashville, the Biltmore house, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Chimney Rock and Pisgah Mountain. We spent our days sightseeing and in the evenings, we usually made dinner and enjoyed the hot tub and firepit. All the wood we needed was included. We couldn't have asked for a nicer house. This place is absolutely perfect and we'll definitely be back. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Adorable, clean, well decorated home in a great location for us! Right off the blue ridge parkway and just 10-15 minutes to downtown Asheville. Quiet neighborhood and we loved the fire pit and hot tub as a bonus to the property!

We had a great week at Avondale of Asheville. The house is new construction, spotless, and very well appointed. Check in and out both went very smoothly as well. We appreciated being a little outside of town for a quieter retreat once we were done sightseeing, shopping, hiking — doing all that Asheville had to offer. That being said, it was less than 10 minute to the heart of Asheville, and a stone’s throw to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Would highly recommend!

This was the perfect mountain retreat for myself and my family. Beautiful and modern home with all the amenities you need. The fire pit and hot tub are the biggest selling features. Also, this is so convenient to the city of Asheville, but yet it is nestled deep in the woods to where you feel like you are far from the city. Very convenient to Biltmore Estate where we spent a day, and also a short 1.5 hour drive to Sugar Mountain Ski Resort.
Would book here in a heartbeat! Very clean and spacious!

Such a great place to stay! We had everything we needed, enjoyed the hot tub, and had a great game night! The beds were comfy, the showers were amazing, I’m just sad we didn’t get to enjoy the fire out because of the rain! Our group 100% wants to book again for our trip next year!

This was our groups first time visiting Asheville, so we had no idea where to stay in comparison to downtown and the Biltmore. We chose this property and couldn’t have been happier we did. It was the perfect location off of the main road that led us 8-10 minutes to anywhere we wanted to be, day or night. The house looked and smelled brand new - it was super clean as well. If we visited again we would definitely try and rebook this home.

Stayed in late October to see the foliage, hike, and take in Asheville’s restaurants and breweries. The house perfectly situated right at the entrance of the Blue Ridge Parkway and 15 minutes from downtown. The kitchen is well stocked, and the beds comfortable!. We really enjoyed the fire pit after a day of hiking. Would definitely book here again.

We stayed here to celebrate my 40th birthday away in the mountains! This home was everything we could have asked for and more! It was cozy, super clean, and the owners thought of absolutely everything for comfort! We were minutes from downtown, and Biltmore locations! The hot tub and outdoor fire pit were conveniently located just behind the house, which added more value to our stay! The beds, linens, & pillows were ultra comfy too! Thank you again for hosting us, we give it 5 stars! We will definitely be back!

Great family getaway
This is the second time we’ve stayed in this home and it was just as clean and spacious as we remembered. We had 2 kids and a grandma in tow and everyone was happy and comfortable.

This house was amazing and a perfect fit for our girls getaway. I’m pretty picky and I honestly have no complaints. The house was spotless with a beautiful modern decor. The management company was easy to get in contact with and responded quickly. The beds were very comfortable. And the hot tub was a great addition.

Blue Ridge Parkway Visitor Center is one mile from the house. They have a one-and-a-half-mile loop walking trail there. There are longer ones if interested.
The company which rents the condo is very responsive and helpful.

This is a new home that is beautifully decorated. The location to all Asheville has is great and you are right around the corner from the Blue Ridge Parkway. I loved the openness of the floor plan and the bed in the master was uber comfy. The hot tub was definitely and added bonus. A curtain would have been nice along the back and front doors due to the closeness of the neighbors but overall we made it work. We had a great time and are looking forward to visiting again soon!

Hideaway just outside of Asheville. Great location if you have a designated driver. House is immaculate. Location is about 12 min outside of town. Only issue we had is that they need a better description of where the house is actually located. Don’t trust google maps, it’s across the street.
