Very welcoming. The accommodation was extremely well presented and immaculately maintained.

The location is perfect to the greenway..... About 200 metres.
The accommodation was excellent and the bed very comfortable.
Sharon is very friendly and helpful, doing everything possible to make the guest's stay enjoyable.
We really appreciated our complimentary fresh breakfast each morning...... Croissant, fruit juice, fresh fruit and yoghurt. Plus there were plenty of cereals, teas and coffee for us to choose from in the room.
We also appreciated having a fridge and microwave in the room and a safe place on site to house our bikes.
All in all, an excellent accommodation.

Greenmile house backs on to the greenway. It's a very spacious and stylish apartment but you'd need a car to go elsewhere. It's very well thought out in terms of space. I'd give a 10 star if it had a kitchenette but there's a microwave and fridge. The breakfast box, scone and cereals were much appreciated.
It's very difficult to fault this property.

The Hostess was extremely helpful in suggestion for dinner and even dropped us off and picked us up as it worked with her.

I liked the comfort of the property as it was without fault. The Greenway was right on the doorstep and within striking distance of both Waterford City and Kilmacthomas. There is a Pub about 150m away that has to be seen to be believed...as cosy a hosteliery that you'll ever come across...a great experience. A great Irish welcome

Sharon & Don were both very nice and gave us really helpful information about the local area and beautiful beaches to visit.The house was fantastic and we had our own apartment 2 minutes from the greenway which was perfect.

we were not sure if it was self catering apartment or B & B. not clear instructions of what could and could not do.

Very close to greenway. Lovely guesthouse, very clean and comfy room, fresh baked scones with butter, jam and cream on arrival, would certainly stay again.

Place is nice, it’s exactly as it looks in the pictures and the host is excellent.
However could do with breakfast in the morning and some snacks maybe. Windows are more transparent thus limiting need for privacy, could do with blinds

We chose Greenmile House as it is adjacent to the Greenway. It is located in a lovely quiet area just off the main road to Kilmeadan and not far from Waterford city. Our host Sharon was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and very kindly let us store and charge our electric bikes which was very handy. The accommodation was clean, spacious and comfortable and although part of the main house, had its own private entrance and bathroom. Would love to visit again when we return to the area.
