Very nice and spacious, everything works well and has a nice driveway and view, owner was accommodating as well.

We had a very comfortable and relaxing vacation. Location was great. The grocery was just close by so it was easy to run and buy stuff that we had forgotten to bring. It is also close to restaurants and less than 10 mins away from Calaveras Big Trees State Park. We would recommend this house to family and friends.

The cabin host was amazing! Our trip was originally scheduled for mid Jan, but all 10 people in my party caught covid during the surge and after trying to cancel, the host recommended to reschedule, which I never thought was an option, and opened up his calendar to accommodate us. The house was spotless with all required dishes, cooking supplies, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner and almost everything else you may need during your stay. I love that the downstairs was a little hangout area with a pool table and couches. I look forward to booking more weekend vacations here!

This was a last minute booking and we had problems with booking. Owner was incredibly helpful keeping us informed and taking time to call Vrbo also. The house is gorgeous! Kitchen is huge, everything labeled and easy to find. The kitchen/dining/living room area are all big and connected, it was perfect for our group of adults, teens, and little kids. I would stay again in a heart beat!

What a wonderful place, beautifully appointed, extremely convenient and comfortable for a varied group. The downstairs area is brilliant for a teens; the master suite is great for the busy grownup. Everything is labelled, it's spic-and-span, it's spacious and comfortable and well-lit, obviously someone's loved home. Though it's in a large development, there's plenty of privacy and a view of the woods from the back deck. The instructions were complete and easy to follow, owners responsive, none of the usual little annoyances (all the light bulbs worked for example). My new favorite in Arnold!

The property is very nice, and has 2 distinct areas (in case you want quiet time on one floor and normal on another). 3 full bathrooms is always a plus! We had PLENTY of snow and enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to book again!

The four kids absolutely loved having their own downstairs space and bunk beds. The pool table got some good use too. The kitchen and bar area had all we could ask for and Chetna (our host) even left a housewarming gift for us! The house is close to restaurants, fun shopping and dining in Murphy’s and an easy drive to Big Trees State Park. We would absolutely stay here during our winter holidays again. The heater worked great and kept everyone warm, although I would recommend turning off the downstairs unit overnight because the kids said they got too hot the first night but slept great after we made that change. All in all, this home provides everything you might need for a quiet and fun getaway in Calaveras County.

My husband and stayed here for 2 nights. The cabin was very cute from outside . The cabin interior was kinda of a mystery as there were only a handful of photos when we book months ago , has been updated since . Pleasantly surprised the interior was very nice definitely a upgraded property. We both grew up spending summers in arnold so it's a very familiar town for us we have rented many properties here. This was our first rental in medowmont we usually stay in blue lake springs. The cabin has a beautiful kitchen ,nice floors and bathrooms and nice leather sofas . The property was very clean and organized. The master rooms bed is very low to the ground but I've had back surgery so I'm picky. There's other beds we didn't try out . We didn't get a chance to spend too much time enjoying the property as we were here for a memorial for the anniversary of my father inlaws passing and had events to attend. But this would be a wonderful place to bring your family plenty of space. There were a few minor things we saw that needed repair upon arrival the front street light was broken off ,a screen door was ripped ,and the hot tub was not usable ( which was one of the reasons I chose this property. We always chose properties with hot tubs ) but none of these affected our stay in the least. I informed chetna whom was very responsive. We were a group of two families (each with two young kids), and we had a great time at this house! The house is very clean, organized, and the bunk beds were great for the kids. The owner was very thoughtful and easy to coordinate with. The house is also conveniently close to Big Trees state park and White Pines lake which were fun places to visit with the kids.

Had a great weekend get away with the family. The cabin had a nice kitchen for family meals and card games. It was in a great location…close to the market, restaurants, white pines lake and Calaveras big trees.

Overall a very positive experience. Property well maintained and recently underwent some updates. Had an issue with the propane tank but quickly addressed by the owner and resolved without issue. Owner is very responsive. Pool table was a great way to keep everyone busy in the evenings. I would suggest adding a window AC unit to the main floor. It was very hot when we visited and even with multiple fans in the house it was difficult to cool off at times.

My husband and I each had a few days there alone to work on writing and it was the perfect, quiet getaway for time to think and get our thoughts on paper! But, during the weekend we wanted to exhale with a few close friends and so enjoyed the space with 1 infant, 4 kiddos and 1 teen and two other couples. It comfortably fit all of us and the kids (and us!) had a blast in the game area, tromping around out back and enjoying the water! The lake is close and a lot of fun, but after a short visit there, we all just chose to enjoy the property for the rest of the visit!

The pictures definitely don't do the cabin justice. The scenery is beautiful. The cabin is located very close to many great activities. Chetna was a great host. We live on the coast and we are not used to 90+ degree weather. After I asked if there was AC, she made sure to provide me with 3 floor fans for us to use during our stay since there isn’t any. She answered all my questions and was attentive to our needs to make sure we were comfortable. The cleaning crew are great and very friendly. You will have a great time here, just make sure you have a printout or good GPS. All 5 phones my brother’s family had did not work well and he got lost. Luckily people were friendly and gave him directions.

Although the cabin is surrounded by lots of other homes, when you’re enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the back porch, you feel like you’re alone in the woods. We even saw a family of deer! The home is quite comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed to cook. We also appreciated the bar and glassware. The basement was fun for a couple of teenage boys. It was a perfect weekend getaway!

It was a pleasant stay for Myself and my friends family who accompanied us during the Memorial Day long weekend, to be frank, we were not sure about Arnold before this, but we loved the home and to our surprise the home was lot more better than what was given in the description, Lot of room for kids to play, pool table, Hot tub, A complete kitchen, entertainment , Bunk beds, all were as we expected, no complaints whatsoever, the patio was very big and makes you feel like, you sit right in middle of the woods.This was a much needed break for us from the hustle and bustle life and this property was fitting to the T, we would certainly comeback and recommend to our friends, if all our plans falls in place. The suggestions on places to visit, was very well categorized and made our planning easier, the neighborhood was also lovely and you almost get everything from groceries to other stuffs, within a couple of blocks.Last but not least, you get a prompt reply on all your queries from property owner, among all my earlier experiences, this is the best!Highly Recommend
