This apartment was great for our young family of 5. Super convenient location and nice and big. Set of stairs was fine to deal with for our 2 y/o. A/C was much appreciated. Garage and laundry very handy for dealing with beach comings and goings. Great having two balconies and the BBQ. Overall a great stay

This was our 3rd time staying there but this time they made us pay from the Saturday night when we were not getting there till the Sunday, never had to do that last time. We wont be staying there again.

Large property. Plenty of room for families. Nice place to stay, close to all amenities. Only downside is that bedrooms get very hot, ceiling fans needed

The apartment had comfortable furniture and was very spacious. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. We could not get the spa working. It was centrally located to SWR and Horseshoe Bay which we enjoyed. Having our car was handy for popping out to Coles as we did most of our meals at home during our stay. Good oven, microwave. We did not use the balconies because they looked over a carpark and a road, however it was nice to be able to open up the sliding doors to let in the breeze and dry our towels on the drying racks outside. The cleanliness of the apartment could be improved and I have emailed the managing agent. Has a washing machine and dryer if you need them whilst your there.

Wonderful unit, great location in heart of South West Rocks. Easy access to all the town has to offer. Property management staff went above and beyond my expectations with the small question I had. Layout of unit is amazing.

Seabreeze Unit I is a lovely holiday unit. It is bright, spacious and airy and has plenty of living space for a family. It is well equipped and comfortable.The stairs are quite steep so care is needed if you have kids or an elderly family member. A lock up garage is a bonus for your beach/fishing gear.We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay there.
