The staff at reception was very nice. Large pool.

The house wasn’t really clean and simple kitchen utensils were missing. It was all very basic and nothing like a 4 star resort. The resort was clearly older and not very well maintained.

the wifi was difficult to work and took some time to get going. There were also very limited supplies in the house. the restaurant was closed the whole time we were there which was disappointing

Secure gated area,very peaceful grounds and very friendly,helpful staff. We needed secure parking and space for traveling with a dog so it was perfect! The communication was easy with the reception,multiple choices provided,very organised and efficient. The accommodation is spacious,well maintained and colourful.There are many playgrounds and big pool. Supermarkets,local stores,lovely villages in near driving distance. Also not far from the motorway A8 and the L’Estrel hiking heaven but also various pebble or sand beaches.

Value for money was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant.

Kitchen was tiny but we just about managed. The TV had no English speaking channels at all. The shower curtains need a good clean.
