The house was roomy enough for all 7 of us, plus a baby and a toddler. We appreciated the on site high chair and pack and play. The outddoor fire pit was our favorite evening spot. We loved it!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. My family drove from South Florida and my brother and his family (with my mom) drove from Massachusetts. The first drive up to the house caught us off guard a bit, but we got used to navigating the steep road! The house and location was perfect. With 5 adults and 4 kids there was plenty of space to stretch out. Much of our time was spent on the decks and using the fire pit. We even got to see the local wildlife! We saw a bear, a bobcat, and even a deer! Lots of fireflies at night too! There was a grocery store close and we were so close to downtown. Anytime we did downtown Gatlinburg we drove to the first garage and parked. That way we avoided all the traffic! Coming home after our adventures we had the ability to cook, play games and cards, and after the kids went to sleep the adults enjoyed the hot tub! Views from the house are as spectacular as the pictures show. Great property in a perfect location!

We had a great stay at the cabin on the hill. We got spoiled with the views on the decks overlooking Gatlinburg, the hot tub, and fire pit. The road to the cabin is small and easy to miss, but once you are on property it was great. Defiantly keep an eye on keeping the doors closed. We had a bear visit us on both the first and second floor decks. Overall great experience and we would go back.

The perfect location - We were close enough to be part of the busyness of downtown Gatlinburg and yet get away to soak in the hot tub and relax before hiking and zip-lining nearby.

I had come to Gatlinburg many times when my kids were younger but now they really enjoy it and the house and location was perfect, everything we expected we got.

House is absolutely perfect. Great location within walking distance from the main strip through Gatlinburg. House was very clean with plenty of accommodations and accessories. Will definitely be booking this house again!

I booked this home because my dad had booked this house earlier a year before his passing. I had canceled it once he got ill, but rebooked it to honor his memory. The owners not only remembered us booking it previously but upon arrival they had flowers waiting for us in memory of our dad. Everything about this house from the view to the accessibility to downtown is perfect. The owners are very accommodating, and respond in a very timely manner to any questions or concerns. We are already planning on booking a trip the following year for this very house and will continue to make this a family tradition.

This house was AMAZING. And so close to downtown. We got a few visits from the bears which was our first time seeing them! House was beautiful and the owners were so nice. We would come back to this property

The property was nice and clean very up to date. It was equipped with everything you need. The location was perfect right near downtown and supermarkets and ABC store. I couldn't have asked for more beautiful view it was a wonderful vacation.

The house was perfect for us! It is spacious and allowed three couples to each have their own floor/level. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are so comfortable! It is well stocked with basic items for cooking, etc. We loved the hot tub and fire pit! We did see a small bear walk past the house and a larger bear walk directly into the backyard/ parking area. I would not leave young children unattended outside. We had no problems. Love this home and hope to return one day. The location was perfect for us! Thank you Jeff & Scott and Penny! The check in and check out process so easy!

The property was very nice. Close enough that we walked into town center daily. The Hill it sets on gives a nice view but may be a little sleep for people not in shape. The house was perfect for us, very roomy and had everything you needed. We would gladly rent it again.

The cabin was beautifully decorated. It had the space we needed. It was close enough to downtown but far enough for us feel that we were in the mountains. We all felt that we had the best of both worlds in this cabin.
It was nicely stock and if we needed to go to the grocery store it was right around the corner.
Loved that we even had visits from the black bears and a big bobcat. Owners responded very quickly to any questions that I had. Would love to rent this one again.

Beautiful Cabin, Great Location
This cabin was beautiful! It was very close to the strip, trailheads, and ziplining/whitewater rafting. The owners were great, and very attentive. We had 7 adults, and we had more than enough room. Highly recommend!

Excellent House and location
This was a first class accommodation. The owners added special touches to make you feel like home. The decor and the furniture and appliances were first class. The beds were very comfortable, better than my bed at home! I highly recommend this place!

Amazing experience
This property was just amazing! The owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The house was just as beautiful as the pictures were. The WiFi worked great, hot tub was great, layout of house was great. The house was fully stocked with cooking supplies which was great. The beds were very comfortable. The view was amazing. They had cute games for the kids and outdoor games which was great. It was the perfect little getaway.

The cleanest, best equipped place I’ve stayed yet. Everything was thought of and nothing missed to make our stay special. Can’t think of anything negative to say. Host was quick to respond to any questions and provided us with a great place to relax and enjoy time away with family. We will be back!

Had a great time on spring break. Location is close to downtown while providing opportunity to not be in downtown. House amenities where great and was pleasantly surprised to find some outside games including cornhole.

This cabin is conveniently located close to downtown Gatlinburg and all the attractions. The drive is super easy for those not a fan of the steep mountain roads. The space is great, the kids had the top floor with plenty of games to keep them occupied.

We have been coming to Gatlinburg for over 10 years and this is one of the best cabin we have ever rented. Would definitely recommend renting this cabin

Great experience in Gatlinburg
The house was fantastic inside and out! It was a perfect fit for our family that includes our adult children. We enjoyed time on the deck and in the hot tub. We even had a visit from a baby black bear in the yard. The property is close enough to town to be convenient but far enough away to be private. We would definitely stay here again!

From the minute we walked in the cabin we felt right at home. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. There was enough space for all 8 of us (ppl ranging from 3 - 65 yo) to comfortably spread out.

Perfect location! Close to downtown but out of the hustle and bustle. If you travel down during Christmas and want to attend the parade, you can easily walk right down the driveway and find a place to sit at the start of the parade. It was wonderful! House is beautiful, clean, etc. Fire pit was perfect for s’mores in the evening.

The property and the view were amazing. My family and I enjoyed it very much. The only issue we had was the kitchen wasn't stocked for cooking Thanksgiving dinner which was quite a challenge. We go to Gatlinburg quite often for Thanksgiving so this wasn't expected so we will make sure we are better prepared for next year!
