The unit was clean and even ready earlier than we expected.
We came for Sunfest. The location in relation to the stages was great. We were also able to have a beach view. Which was a plus. The balcony was huge and accessible through all bedrooms and living room. The kitchen was awesome. We did a little cooking I. The unit as well as going out. The kitchen was well equipped.
I would highly recommend this place.

Despite the great location, there were some serious concerns regarding the cleanliness of the condo upon our arrival. As you are aware, we were missing a set of sheets for the trundle in the third bedroom, but we also discovered food crumbs in the bottom bunk that required us to clean the sheets prior to use. While pulling out the trundle Saturday evening, an unwrapped tampon was discovered behind the night stand, and an old muffin and half empty water bottle were discovered under the bunkbed as well. After discovering these items, we made a conscience effort to do a complete cleaning of the rooms ourselves and were disturbed with how dirty both the carpet and tiles were. After discovering the vacuum did not work, we attempted to wipe down the tile floors and were met with black rags upon completion.
Cleanliness aside, we were very impressed with the promptness of your team in addressing the concerns brought up during our stay. The gentleman who assisted in fixing the half-bath toilet was very friendly and provided additional assistance in looking at the freezer when it stopped working.
Thank you again for allowing us the opportunity to enjoy your facility, and we hope this feedback will help you improve the stay of future visitors.

Our condo rental was not what we expected. The pictures made it look beautiful. When we got there and checked in, we were all excited to go swimming, and relax by the pool. The pool was gross! It was green and the filter was disgusting. It looked like it was never cleaned! We were there for 4 days and for 4 days is how that pool looked even after I called twice to complain. The room smelled musty, it was dirty.. the rugs smelled, there were little knats flying around. The sheets had stains on them. The patio furniture looked like it wasn’t. cleaned. There was dust on the walls and ceiling’s and the screen door in the living room kept falling off the tracks. The couch had hair and dust on it. The laundry room was disgusting! I didn’t want to wash anything in there and their towels smelled like mildew! My first and LAST time in Maryland. The boardwalk changed so much that I will not be going back to Maryland. I’d rather go to Cape May..

Check in was easy and convenient. Location was perfect!!! The condo was fully stocked with everything you need, plus more. Me and my family enjoyed everything. Our teenage children were able to enjoy the pool, beach and boardwalk since everything was less than 5 min away.
We will be booking with them again and again.

Great vacation!!!
Highly recommend. Had to contact owner due to a leaking exhaust fan and room temperature. They got right back to us and had maintenance there the next morning!!! Bedrooms were clean and spacious. Sliding doors to the beautiful balcony could use an upgrade. Will definitely look for property with Bob and Samantha again!!!

We had a great time! We had a perfect view of the fireworks from our room. It was an over all nice place to stay. They had everything you needed; towels, pots and pans, toilet paper, etc. Would stay here again!

Amazing for a family
This property housed my family of 8 (5 adults, 3 children) perfectly! It was accessible for family members with ambulatory issues and fun for the kiddos. Amazing location next to the beach and boardwalk with a balcony that we spent hours on. I did not have to reach out to the property owner once but am sure if I did they would have responded quickly. The owners added a personal touch with a sign welcoming us that we loved and took a photo around. My family will DEFINITELY be staying with this company again next summer. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Not many restaurants open within walking distance of the condo at this time of year. The minus: Carpets were in dire need of cleaning and the tile floors were sticky.

The place was great! It was very clean and the balcony stretched the length of the condo which we weren't expecting. The view of the ocean was pretty good too. Close to the boardwalk which is what we wanted. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time! The location is perfect- right next to the beach- easy access to the boardwalk, town and ocean. The condo was huge and had everything we needed! The balcony was enormous and the views of the harbor and ocean were beautiful! The outside of the building could use a good power wash but that’s more of an issue with the building than the condo managers- they were attentive and helpful! The checkin and checkout process was seamless and they answered all of our questions quickly. It was just great!

Just Amazing!
The pictures do not do it justice. It’s much more beautiful and spacious then it seems in the photos. The owner really thought about every detail! My family over packed with pots and utensils, towels, paper towels, (we even took our own toaster) etc.. thinking we needed it.. but EVERYTHING was already there. Including a toaster lol. It’s essentially like move in ready for families. All you need is your clothes and kids toys. That’s it. Even had board games in a cabinet. The location is phenomenal. Right at the hot spot of the boardwalk. Like a 30 second walk. Cant complain about anything. Definitely would go again.

Great rental!
This was a beautiful rental! The check in/ check out was very easy and loved that it was keyless for the full vacation. The unit had everything we needed in the starter sets - especially for a weekend - so we didn't have to bring a thing. The linens and towels were all beautifully laundered and beds were quite comfortable. Very convenient location for boardwalk and to walk to multiple locations. The huge balcony was our favorite with absolutely stunning views. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and look forward to going back.

Furniture and bedding was all very comfortable and it was convenient not having to bring sheets and towels. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, they even supplied hand soap and other essentials. The location is perfect, right on the boardwalk, but quieter and much nicer than other boardwalk rentals. Check in and check out process was very smooth and communication with the owner was a pleasure. I honestly can think of one thing I'd change about this place!

The location was perfect for our group. The property was spacious, clean, and very well appointed. We had everything we needed, were close to everything, and had an amazing time! Hoping to come back again!
