Flooded bathrooms when you take shower, dusty tv table, no washing machine, no microwave, dirty kitchen cabinets , walls has damaged, no proper info on WiFi details came to know late night been placed back of door , when I raised complaints , the agent argued by phone

Perfect room accommodation for a couple with 3 children. Ms. Riza, the in-charge assistant, was responsive and helpful. If you need something, she's just a message away. Furthermore, this place is in the heart of the city.
The guards were polite, and the on-duty receptionist was accommodating and friendly.

The room was actually very spacious for just me and my partner. The location was great as it was in the middle of the city. The property was very secured due to the 24hrs reception and the staff was very helpful.
partner didn't like the fact that there is no cleaning service everyday and also the extra fee to use the tower facilities.

Location is convenient for mall hopping if shopping is ones priority. Restaurants are everywhere in the vicinity.
The kitchen utensils, pots and pans need to be replaced. They've seen better days.
The bathroom sink stopper/plug does not work.
Kitchen under sink needs to be organized. It looks like previous renter's stuff were just left there.

Location was excellent. It was few minutes away and easy access to the mall.
No tea towel in the kitchen, bathroom was slippery.

It had everything we needed and the host was very accommodating!
The wifi was bad, but there were times it was fast enough. It wasn’t due to the unit though, it was just the location primarily. Stayed in 2 different units in the same location, wifi situation was the same.

The location was nice and central. The pool was nice and clean, the staff was helpful and kind. The shower was warm.
The room was dusty when we arrived. Also, there were a lot of hidden costs. For example there was a extra fee for using the pool and there was a fee for changing the bedlinnen. These are things that should be complementary or at least should be made known during the booking process. The rooms are not soundproof. There was a lot of noise from the traffic outside.
