We had a great time. The house is nice and well stocked. Beautiful view of the marsh and a short walk to the beach.

The house was really well furnished and very clearn. Loved the large kitchen with two refrigerators and two dishwashers. Most of the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor away from the 3rd floor common area so it was really easy for some to go to bed early. I would liked to have known about the alarm on the door to the pool ahead of time. Not a big deal once you know it goes off if the door remains open for 10+ seconds and once you know how to turn it off. Overall a wonderful property with a beautiful view.

Spent at week at Duneside and had a wonderful stay. Property manager was very responsive and responded to our requests very quickly. Had an issue with the elevator and it was fixed within the afternoon. House is very very well equipped, properly the best equipped house we have ever stayed in. Plenty of beach chairs and pool and beach toys. Definitely recommend getting a golf cart for driving to the beach and around the island. Will definitely stay again!

Well epuipped house with a short walk to beach access. Kitchen, pool and deck areas were the best part for our family. Comfortable beds and double washer and dryer for an awesome unexpected bonus!

This location was perfect for our family group
Of 14, and our 2 mini dachshunds. The house was very clean, and stocked with everything you need for vacation. Two refrigerators, ovens and dishwashers made cooking and clean up a breeze! There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, and not feel crowded. The pool was perfect , and it being partially shaded was a bonus!! The elevator allowed elderly family members to come and go without climbing stairs. Check In and Check Out was super easy. Amanda at Stellar Realty was top notch through the entire process. We would definitely recommend this location, and hope to visit again ourselves!!!

Nice and clean house. Location is ok, if you don’t mind walk to the beach. If I have to pick one place to improve is the communication. Usually I like to communicate in the App, for some reason the response to message is very slow.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is very well stocked. Enough plates and cups to feed an army. The house is attractive and well-located, although a larger dining room table would be welcome given how many people the house fits. A few things here and there seemed to break, like door knobs not working, elevator getting jammed, master bedroom door not closing fully, not being able to use fireplace because it was cracked, ice maker not functioning and the like, but the home was clean and lots of sleeping space. There is less living space than sleeping space, which would be fine in the warmer months when you can use the outdoor entertainment spaces, which are large, The pool is smaller than it appears in the pictures, but generally the outdoor space was nice. Views are beautiful from the home. We had the misfortune of major landscaping going on during our stay so the entire yard was mud and it was awkward to use the pool with tractors riding around and strangers on the property. We did not raise the issue while we were there because we didn't think there was anything we could do about it. We were disappointed that we paid to have the pool heated and weren't able to use it due to the construction.
