We loved staying at Perdido Towers. Not a high rise so beach was not crowded. Condo was just as described and worked great for our family of 10. Condo could be better equipped with kitchen items, specifically cutlery and pots and pans. Only about 4 forks to use for family of 10. I’ve noticed this complaint has been on several reviews. We would definitely stay here again though!!! Very pleased with our stay here.

Lets start with the A/C... it didnt work. The unit was on 78 and after almost 3 hours it didnt cool down. When I spoke with Management they gave me a few solutions; 1) we can deliver you fans... 2) we can have a technician come out in about 2 hours (mind you it is now 6pm); no tech arrives and via text I am able to show that the coil is freezing up (likely low on freeon) to which he is able to expedite the inspection period because they need a service company to perform the repair.... it is now 9pm and the service company comes by and confirms our assumption to which they say they dont have freeon on their truck, we sleep while the house rises to 80 degrees. The service company arrives the next morning around 11 and fixes the A/C. Great that is over and we can enjoy our time......
The night has shown that there is extreme lack of housekeeping. Our feet are black from the floors not being cleaned, my child has black knees from crawling, under the beds are shoes, drink bottles, grease under the toaster and all the toilets and showers have some form of mold growing. I tell the Manager, and they suggest that Housekeeping come back out to clean; sorry we have already cleaned and we no longer trust the ability of the housekeeping they have used. We spend all of day 2 cleaning and getting the place livable for the remainder of our trip.
I loved the unit and its location but the management company is running this into the ground, we came to the area not for just vacation but to see properties as we are an investment company; we will not be using Vacasa again to handle our investment properties, and will be writing a letter to the owner. Completely unacceptable!

the entry to the property is horrible, one of the toilet was not working and they shut it instead of fixing, bathrooms was one of the reason rented, did not realize dryer sucked & stinky so we ended carrying out wet clothes.

The condo had enough space for the 6 people in my group. Having king beds in 2 of the rooms was a plus and all of the bedrooms are a good size with private baths in each. The negatives with the bedrooms is that two of them do not have TVs. The one that did have a TV, we could not figure out how to get it to work. Also, for the bedroom that had the bunkbeds it is advertised that the other bed in that room is a queen. It is not a queen size bed. Two grown adults cannot fit comfortably in that bed. There are no hangers in any of the bedroom closets. Bring your own if you plan to hang any clothes. The pictures advertised for this condo are a little deceiving. The bathrooms are dated and the couch and some of the dining room chairs are stained. This unit just needs some minor TLC. The pool stays cooler because it is not in direct sunlight for the entire day. If you are a pool person, there is another deck area that does get full sunlight. We also discovered that you were not allowed to bring floats in the pool. So, we wasted money on buying those things to essentially just have to throw them away. The plus is that there is security on the premises at all times which will make you aware of these rules LOL. The condo is right on the beach which is extremely convenient. Overall, we would rent this unit again.

We loved the floor plan, the space, the four bathrooms, the view, ease to beach, location, the pool. We had 6 adults 4 kids, loved having the separate floors. With 10 people we were disappointed that we had only 5 forks, no potholders, one kitchen trash bag; no dish cloths, no dust pan, broken vacuum. Reservation confirmation showed beach towels, there were none. We had a wonderful time but required effort and cost on our part to supply items that were expected to be available. Loved having washer dryer but the washer needs repair as the drum seems off balance and the resultant noise was so loud and disturbing that it could be heard outside the unit. These issues were reported.
Our stay was amazing with the spaciousness and the view from the bedrooms can’t be beat. We would love to return if guaranteed the issues were resolved. 5 star place but given 4 stars due to lack of expected supplies and utensils.

Really loved the condo and location. Clean and comfortable, short walk to a beautiful beach. Only complaint is that the kitchen was not very well stocked for cooking/eating in and the appliances were a little lackluster. (The management company called me on the day after our arrival and asked if we needed anything. I told her that we only had 3 forks and no potholders making it difficult to cook in the kitchen. She assured me they would take care of it and get us some kind of replacement. It never happened. )
That being said, the rest of the condo was awesome and would definitely stay again!

Beds were very comfortable, rooms were roomy, bathrooms were very clean and nice. The only complaint I have is the owner does not provide extra trash bags or a dust pan. Everything was great. Perfect location if you plan to go to Florabama.

Senior Trip/Family Vacation
My family and I stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. From check in to check out, everything was smooth and easy. Office staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The views from the condo were amazing. The condo was open and spacious and it’s location is conveniently located to amazing restaurants. We will definitely stay here again. ❤️

One of the best condos on perdido key! We thoroughly enjoy the three bedroom three bath spacious condo with beautiful views of the gulf! We have stayed here four times within the past year and plan on going back! It won’t disappoint. Jane and Joe

Beautiful condo
We absolutely fell in love with this condo last year this has been our 3rd stay and we plan on another trip in February. It’s two stories with 2 1/2 baths it has three balconies beautiful views right on the gulf. The condo is kept immaculate and everything is updated. I love being on the first floor without having to use the elevator and since it’s two stories you get to have a nice view from your bedroom balcony. It has a sofa sleeper downstairs and one of the bedrooms that has a king size bed and a pull out sofa and still plenty of room for a blowup mattress if you needed in that particular room. You can easily fit between 10 to 12 people.

This condo is two stories and you have three balconies I love the fact that it is a ground-floor condo because it’s such easy access to get to our vehicle, pool and beach. They have a nice beautiful view on the second floor balcony. We are looking forward to staying here again in February. Definitely life long guest!!

Gorgeous condo
We have stayed here three separate times and I absolutely love this condo. It is very well-kept and clean. My favorite part is the location it’s not in a very crowded area but it also has the convenience of restaurants, grocery stores, and activities. This condo is two stories and you have three balconies I love the fact that it is a ground-floor condo because it’s such easy access to get to our vehicle, pool and beach. They have a nice beautiful view on the second floor balcony. We are looking forward to staying here again in February. Definitely life long guest!!

Was very easy. Was spotlessly cleaned. Very comfortable and in a great location. Only issue was on site propert manager or warden as she called herself fussed at me about my fur babies. That wrapped it up for me. I didn’t leave the unit after that. But other than HER it was wonderful. Close to a lot of eating and shopping.

The condo is very roomy and quiet. I loved the layout. Having the second floor with bedrooms was perfect. Loved the floor to ceiling windows. Beautiful view from the bedrooms. The pictures are very close to the real thing except the condo in person is actually better.I would stay here again.
