We had a wonderful time at majestic resort.

We liked the condo and the location. The condo has everything in the kitchen( utensils) you need if you are buying foood to cook. The only thing i have to say is that whatever company they are using to clean the condo it’s not doing their jobs. That floor hasn’t been cleaned for a loooong time. Within 5 minutes of you are walking barefoot your feet turns black. You can see thick dust everywhere. There were splashes of greese on the kitchen mirror. And other things. I think you guys should check the condo between cleaning too before another family arrives. Anyways thats the only thing i have to complain about the condo. We liked staying there.

We had an amazing time at the Majestic. The pools were spotless, the bar was awesome and the ocean was beautiful! Our room was clean and comfortable! When we come to PCB again, we definitely will be staying here :)

We had a wonderful stay here. I would recommend to any family for their vacation. Place was clean and perfect for our family.

Stayed 2 months! Cookware is worn but still works. Master bed is uncomfortable but didn't cause major issues. Other than those things, we love this unit and booked again for next year before we even checked out this year!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awful. Parking pass was not left at condo. When it was finally delivered, the individual entered the room while we were sleeping, unannounced, and left it on the counter. This was after trying to set up a delivery time and not getting an answer on when they could come. Felt like an invasion of privacy. This also caused problems with our parking experience. Desperate need of repairs/updates/housekeeping. Condo was dirty upon arrival. We had to sweep/mop floors and vacuum the rugs as they were visibly dirty with crumbs and dirt. Floors were visibly dirty black. Fans were caked with dust and kitchen mats were filthy black. Had to scrub the mats the best we could. Had to buy new shower curtain due to it being moldy and mildewy. Lightbulbs were out and broken, TP holders that didn’t stay on wall. Dining chair broken and upholstery on chair was ripped and coming off. Microwave was duct taped together. Dryer was rusted inside and out. For the price people pay for this condo I would expect more. All these repairs and the housekeeping could have easily been done/afforded seeing as the condo was booked all summer. I have pictures also if anyone needs to see. Do not recommend this unit.

My husband and two kids stayed at this property and we had a wonderful stay! Anytime we had questIons the property owner got back with us promptly. The condo was spacious and the view was awesome! We would definitely stay here again!

Old nasty and although advertised as newly remodeled it was not!!!! I contacted Rebecca with the booking company and sent pics. She had us moved and at the Majestic in room 705 with in 30 min. I was immediately relived as soon as we walked into this condo. Very well cared for and clean and modern. I appreciated them listening to me and understanding how I felt paying what I paid and walking into that horrific condo and making things right so quickly. They were on the floor in different places, as well as under couch cushions. This was very concerning due to the fact that I have a young child with peanut allergies. There was no broom to be found anywhere in the condo. In fact, when I opened the closet in the laundry room where the air return was, the air filter looked like it hadn’t been changed in a year. There was a pack of new filters open right beside it, so I changed it out myself. The mirrors were dirty and there was sand all over the balcony furniture including on top of the table. There was also broken glass on the balcony. One of the kitchen chairs was broken as well as a leg on one of the living room chairs. My wife emailed the property management company as it said to do, but received no response. By Tuesday, 3 days into our vacation, I called and spoke to someone at the property management company who stated they would have someone come out and attend to the cleanliness issues as well as a terrible noise that was constantly coming from a vent in one of the bedrooms, making it impossible to sleep. Again, this is Tuesday. Fast forward to Friday, the day before our departure. Two men finally shows up with a broom for us and to look at the noise coming from the vent. We tried to be cordial and asked for a partial refund, but again no response. We paid over $4,000 for the week to stay in the condo. It’s sad that customer service has come to this. This review could have all been avoided if someone had just got back with us and rectified the situation.

Great place to stay

We never had any one tell us anything about how to check in or bring towels or see if we needed anything and no one ever made the bed or anything I will never stay there again I could have started were I had room service for the price I paid but leason learned

Great outdoor furniture and comfortable beds. Few minor cleaning issues. And the dishes in the kitchen need updated. The missing items made cooking interesting. Overall good place to stay.

This condo is located in such a convenient spot, right outside the elevator. It’s decorated beautifully and the color choices are soft and soothing. The beds were extremely comfortable and the patio was set up so nicely! Unfortunately if you are much of a clean-freak, you probably won’t be able to handle it. I had to go to the store and buy cleaning products and clean it myself as soon as we arrived. It was filthy when you looked closely. Our feet were sticking to the kitchen floor and when I looked there was something spilled all over it and hair/crumbs stuck in it. The glass doors were coated in smears and hand prints. Mold and gooey gunk in the shower. Sand everywhere. The microwave is duct taped, the dishwasher is hanging on by a thread. I have lots of pictures. That being said, if the cleaning crew was better and someone would put just a little TLC into this unit to repair a few things, it would be a GEM!

The furniture is not brand new and the dining chairs show wear and tear. This was perfect considering we have 3 children ages 2-6. The kitchen was decently furnished, we brought our own air fryer for cooking. Next time I would bring my 9x13 baking dish. We picked this condo based on the balcony and it did not disappoint! The furniture is as pictured a and we loved it! We watched dolphins a few times, the kids played puzzles and ate meals at the table. I lounged and read a book. It’s was perfect! The unit is directly next to the elevator and across from the trash shoot which was very convenient. The resort as a whole was well maintained. We grabbed Starbucks once downstairs, enjoyed the indoor pools several times. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and we had a ton of fun! Walmart is conveniently right down the street. Wonder Works was a big hit and close enough to see from the walkover between the garage and tower. We had fun at Pier Park a couple of times! Paula Dean’s was delicious! We had a blast at The Milkshake Yard! The Ferris Wheel and mini ropes course made for fun memories! Overall, we were impressed with Majestic Towers as a whole this time of year. The unit itself will most likely need some updating in the future but we found it perfect for our family and for our stay. We arrived and left with big smiles and can’t wait to return!

Does lack a few basic kitchen things such as casserole pan, dish washing cloth, but all and all decently covered. Tip: An airfryer would be a great addition. Also, the kids bunkbed room is pretty small. It had a DVD player, but it does not work. We tried it in several rooms. Finally we went and bought one at Walmart for ourselves.

Waited 15 mins one time to head down to beach, because they were all 3 full by the time they got to 7 coming down from 23, but still wasn't awful.
FINAL: Overall we loved our vacation. Yes there are things that weren't right or not 100%, but I have yet to ever find a place that was. We would stay here again with a few tweaks to what we bring and our timing.

There was no dustpan and the two decent size cooking pans had scorched grease extremely thick caked in the pans and put back in counter. We actually went and bought nice new pan and dust pan and left there. Last, the fan in bedroom needed taken apart and cleaned. It was full of so much dust, it would not work properly. Easy fix, husband took apart cleaned and it worked like a charm. Having the fan was great!

As many state about the Majestic Properties, elevators are a challange most days. This condo is nice. The patio is a nice size. But if the condo sleeps 8 there should be more seating on it. Only 2 nice chairs, 1 lounger that takes up alot of space. The patio table is nice for eating but not for enjoying the view. The master shower had mold and grime in it and its obvious there isnt alot of attention to the spray head anx left corner. It was so molded we couldnt adjust the spray pattern. The condo only had 6 towels which meant we had to wash towels every time we took a shower. The master pillows fit the king size bed well. Bad part was a pillow case didnt fit the pillow and had no cover on it. Over all this is a rental and we understand it gets a lot of use. We would stay here again without hesitation.
