Lynn was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Lovely home, very easy for my husband, me and four children over 19 to get ready to go out quickly due to enough bathrooms. Also the bedroom locations allow a good amount privacy. Walk to beach about 10 mins or you can drive down the street to the south beach public parking ($10 all day parking) and it’s just a few minutes walk to a section of the beach we found to be really peaceful at this time of year now that spring breaks are over.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a plate of warm chocolate cookies and a wonderful note from the owner empathizing with the rough start to our vacation. It was all uphill from there! The property was luxurious, spacious and very clean. The separate master suite allowed my wife and I to have our own space while the four teenagers spread out over three other bedrooms and two baths. Common areas had multiple gathering points to facilitate dining, game playing or outdoor relaxation in the covered pool and hot tub. We picked the home for its beautiful design and features but we’re blown away by the amazing location. A few minutes walk from the beach, close enough to walk to several restaurant and shopping areas. Definitely perfect for the family that wants to enjoy private relaxing sometimes and still have everything close at hand when you want to go out. The home was large, clean and comfortable. Fun pool area. Great location near shops, restaurants, movie theatre and beach access path.

We stayed with three other semi-retired couples and really enjoyed out week. Bedrooms worked great and pool area was wonderful. Walk to the beach is 10 minutes, as close as you can get without staying in a hotel on the beach.

We have rented multiple VRBO In the Marco Island and Naples area. This home was over the top and fantastic for our family. It was right around the corner from public beach access and the private pool and hot was great for us and our kids. We could swim when we wanted to and didn’t have to worry about bothering anyone! We will be back!

About as close to the beach as you can get and stay in a house. Marriott is a short walk away. Even closer is entertainment complex with great food and upscale woman’s clothing store.

We were sold on the pool and the hot tub, however, the location and all the amenities that came with the VRBO made it feel like home. They were two igloo coolers, a sand wagon and six beach chairs available for use. It is a short walk to the beach, coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay on Marco Island

The home is in a quiet neighborhood, yet it is literally just steps away from several outstanding dining options and an easy walk to the beach. Lynn provided beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella which were easy to take to and from the beach daily. This home exceeded our high expectations.

This was truly one of our most memorable vacations. As rookie VRBO renters, we were so fortunate to have Lynn Defever as our host! There was only 3 of us, but since it was my sister’s 40th wedding anniversary we wanted something special. This property is in a great location; walk to beach, restaurants & shopping. Home was so clean and equipped with all kitchen essentials plus a wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers! We definitely will return to Marco and one of Lynn’s properties.

Perfect location and amenities. Would highly recommend. Our family of five adults loved this spacious, well equipped property with covered outdoor dining and pool and spa all just a short walk to the best restaurants and beautiful beach. We will be back!

Wow, we were so lucky to find this property for our girls trip! The house had everything we could need to have our perfect getaway. The house was very clean, large and enough room for 6 ladies to get ready. The lanai was perfect for daily happy hours and afternoon/evening swims. The location can’t be beat. Only a short walk to the beach and there was everything you needed for a great day at the beach (towels, chairs, cooler, umbrella and even a waving). The hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. I would give this props 10. We can’t wait for the next time we visit Lido!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The house was beautiful, spacious, and full of amenities. Everything we needed to prepare for our meals by the pool but so close to local restaurants when we wanted to dine out. The lanai was beautiful with a nice size pool and hot tub. An easy walk to the beach which we did daily. There's nothing like a walk on that beach. Lynn was so easy to deal with and very attentive to our needs. We will be back or maybe try one of her other properties next time to Marco.
