it was fun to watch boats and marina activity, sea lions out the big windows.
condo needs updating; dishwasher racks are rusted and are making marks on white dishes; oven was dirty; potholders dirty; coffee pot dirty; check-in instructions need to be more specific on which door to enter from outside in parking area. oven and refrigerator light bulbs out. when we spoke to manager the next morning, she said that she didn't have any. we were there 5 days and no effort was made to bring us any.
we have had better service at other places; screen on door to lanai needs replaced; window blinds not functioning properly.

Nice place. Great view of the harbor. We had an issue with the door lock system and the manager was very quick to remedy the situation. The unit is about a block from a great place to buy fresh seafood. We prepared prawns once and steamer clams twice, which was great.
