This property is absolutely one of the most beautiful places i have ever stayed in my life!! It has it all...VIEW IS MAJESTIC....the location is great for being in walking distance to "up-town"....the host is "johhny on the spot" if there is ONE QUESTION...and it is absolutely the most quiet place on earth!!! You cannot go wrong with renting this property!!! Jo E

We stayed at Cowboy Casa from Christmas Day to New Years. The house is plenty big and well stocked. It is a bit dated but it’s clear in the listing. The location is TOP NOTCH can’t beat it to be in downtown Sedona.
Our host Steve was available all the time and left wine and coffee for our arrival.
We would stay here again the house is plenty spacious and has everything you need to be comfortable.

House was very clean, some updates needed; but overall, it accommodated us comfortably. Hardly used the house except to sleep there and get ready to go for hikes, shopping and eating out. We spent any downtime on the patio mostly- can’t beat the view!

View is incredible. Home is OK. Communication with the owner was just Ok. He actually got a bit testy with me when wanting clarity on what type of coffee maker which actually should come in the detailed check in information. Dirt all over the bathtub in 2nd bathroom.
Space was hot when we got in for the first day because he had only just turned it down. No instructions for the use of the house and items (ac) in it whatsoever. AC unit is locked for temperature control. One of the bedroom and the den do not have doors on them. Cant get to the deck through the living room sliders, have to go through bedrooms and den. Bring your own pillows, the ones onsite are poor quality and selection.
Again the view is amazing.

A near 5-star rating! Aesthetics of property were first rate inside and out. Tastefully decorated interiors with a spectacular view from living room and patio!! Only minor disappointments were out of control of the owner. The previous renters generated too much garbage to fit in outside bins, which attracted the Javalinas to dine on their waste. I could not get gas fireplace to operate, but accept this may have been a user-error situation. A big ten-gallon hats-off to Cowboy’s Casa!

What a great long weekend. We stayed for 4 nights and it was perfect. Such a unique fun house. We loved that is was walking distance to town, and the views were just breathtaking. Don’t hesitate renting this home. Super fun!

We have been in Sedona 3 years now in March and this view is absolutely the best! We were visited by a javelina and several large mule deer during our stay. Sedona can be very crowded and this location enabled us to walk into the heart of the city. Hills are steep so get in shape before you go! Enjoy.

The is a great house in a great location with great views. The one disappointment was the third bedroom listed with twin beds. It is converted from the dining room, has no door and has an open pass-thru window into the kitchen! There can be no expectation of privacy in this room.

The house was big and comfortable and had essentially everything we needed! The location was perfect for any activity we wanted to do.

The view was awesome, location was great, Steve was also great to work with, but the property is very outdated. It also has an odd outlay that you don’t realize from the pictures. It was like this house once had a courtyard, a couple of the bedrooms had sliding glass doors. You are definitely paying for the location. But, the family still had a great time.

This special property had a spectacular view that welcomed you right as you came in the front door. The house was large with room to spread out. It is the funky Sedona we know and love. No grey walls and subway tile.
The only issue was that two of the bedrooms had no doors but we were able to make due with that since the house was so large. Well worth that inconvenience.
Our host was very accessible and pleasant to work with. This house made the trip more enjoyable for our family.

We loved our stay. We love Sedona, but haven't been in a while. This place was super clean. My #1 priority. Super comfy beds, my #2 priority. The views are to die for, the neighborhood was awesome, quiet, great for walking our dog. The property manager was awesome, helpful and easy to get in tough with. We will be back and highly recommend.

In a high end property we expected the home to be in top shape.
We found several burned out light bulbs, problems with hot water in 2nd master shower, no sink plug in master vanity sink, toaster oven could not make toast, no entry lights, etc. This home could use maintenance. Views were the best thing about the property.

Great location, excellent views
We totally enjoyed our stay at the Cowboy Casa. It was roomy, clean and comfortable. Amazing artwork and the views were spectacular. The proximity to everything was a bonus!

A large house with room to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped. And the location is fantastic, just a quick ride down the hill to shops and restaurants, but a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood at night. We enjoyed our stay!

We were minutes from shopping, restaurants and activities and could easily return to the house during the day. Our stay was very comfortable and the house and views were exactly as pictured. My only problem was how warm the house got during the day and wonder if some motorized shades would have helped keep it cooler. Even so, I would return if in the area.

We also walked to the nearby galleries and restaurants. One suggestion - make reservations before you arrive, because Sedona gets booked up. The view from the living room and back patio was spectacular! The owner, Steven, knows how to outfit the house so the occupants will be comfortable. He thought of everything we might need ahead of time. The decor was beautiful, lots of art. We left feeling relaxed and happy with our stay at this beautiful Sedona home.
