We spent 4 nights here in December with our young children and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The outdoor space was AMAZING and the house itself was clean, with everything we could have needed and the comfortable beds were a plus. Even with mid 70s temps while we were there, we were able to use the heated pool and hot tub every day. It’s close to public beach access and restaurants, and we saw dolphins in the canal out back every day! The host Sharon was quick to respond with any questions & made our stay easy and stress free. Such a fun and relaxing way to spend our holiday!

House was everything it was advertised as. Pool area is a cut above the rest that we have stayed in on Marco Island.

Sharon was an absolute pleasure to work with! The house was very clean and simple and the patio/pool area was amazing. Bikes, cooler, fishing poles, pool floaties, tons of towels, ice trays in the freezer, washer/dryer- literally everything we needed to enjoy our stay was right there for us. We hardly ended up going anywhere because the pool was relaxing enough for us! Dolphins were there everyday for entertainment! If we’re ever back to Marco, this will be the first property we will look for!

the house was smaller than we expected, master bathroom is too small, only one sink, small kitchen, but the outdoor area make up for it, it is amazing, good size swimming pool, clean, fantastic out door area, multiple seating areas, bar and grill, you can fish off the pier, great location, we had a great time.

We had a great time during our 5 day stay. Host provided towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. Great outdoor set up! We enjoyed hanky out in the lanai and cooking our meals on their outdoor blacktop grill. Our kids 5&7 enjoyed the pool the minute they woke up. We even got to see some dolphins along the canal on our last evening. Sharon was very quick to respond to our messages/questions. Will definitely be back if we visit Marco Island.

We had a wonderful week of great weather. If your looking to spend your time outdoors this is the place. Amazing outdoor space. Beach access is walkable. 3/4 of a mile. Inside is dated but overall functional.

We had the perfect family vacation. We absolutely loved our stay. The house was just as pictured and very clean. Easy to contact and fast response from the owner. The area was great. I really enjoyed hot jacuzzi at night :) We will definitely be back…

We had such a great time at this rental! It had everything we needed for venturing out to the beach and was very conveniently located. However, we all agreed that we were just as happy to stay at the house, cook and grill our own meals, and enjoy lounging on the patio and in the pool and spa. The kids loved having the bikes for exploring, and being able to fish off the dock. Sharon was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at this rental property. Location was great. Backyard is fantastic… wish we had more time to enjoy it. Furnishings in house are very nice and updated. Beds were comfortable. Appliances could be updated, but all worked great! Updates need to be made in house, but the house is very clean which is the most important.

Pathetic owner
we have booked this property for eight people that we travel in different cars. The moment we arrived until we checked out the owner keep texting and calling and sending their property manager at the house and knocking our door to check on how many people that are living. We were so unhappy with the management. We had some friends came over to meet us from the town and the owner thought they have lived with us. We have been traveling all around the nations and the world never had this kind of experience before.

Amazing property
This property was wonderful. The pool area was everything. We spent 99% of the time in this space and wouldn't change a thing. It was perfect for our girls weekend.

Outdoor Oasis☀️
Our stay on this property was awesome. The outdoor pool and patio area was definitely the highlight. From the pool, to the hot tub, the seating, the outdoor bar with TV, to the fire pit, it was everything that our family needed and loved! Not to mention the view from the patio deck.
The service from the property manager was impeccable. They responded promptly if we had any questions.
Easy walkable access to beach and shops/restaurants.
If we are ever in Marco Island, we will definitely stay here again!

Amazing outdoor space!!
This home was perfect for our family of 5! The outdoor space is where we spent the majority of our time. Fishing from the dock, grilling our dinners, swimming and nightly hot tubbing. We used the bikes every day to watch the sunsets and get ice cream (public beach access, shops and restaurants are about a 10 min bike ride about 1 mile away). The house itself met our needs and was fully stocked with the necessities. The host/owner was very responsive and check-in/check-out was super easy. We will be back!!

The house was about a 15 min. wall to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. The pool was a great temperature and the lights around the pool were very relaxing. We spent most of our time at the house in the pool. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was clean. The host was very communicative and helpful.

We were not told they were spotlight cameras which then repeatedly cycled on/off if motion is detected (or at times activated without motion). Our first night was ruined as the owner tried to figure out how to reprogram the lights so they wouldn’t activate. Same problem on night #2 and we messaged the owners. Lights were then deactivated.
Maintenance issues included missing smoke detector in main bedroom, missing window shade in spare bedroom, dirty pool (pool cleaner came on day #4), damaged landscaping and retaining walls.
Previous reviews highlighted a need for kitchen and bathroom updates. Those are accurate reviews. We unsuccessfully tried to contact the owner in hopes of sharing this feedback

Great location and outdoor setting
The house is conveniently located to the beach and main streets of the island. The outdoor setting is incredible with a fantastic bar, pool, hot tub, Blackstone and ample seating!

The property and location were perfect -close to the beach and restaurants but also had everything we needed to just stay in, relax and enjoy the amazing outdoor living space. The bikes were a bonus. We used them everyday. And the homeowner was very responsive when we had questions.

Awesome pool area!
Overall very nice. Kitchen and bathrooms a little outdated, but clean and did not hinder our stay. The pool was the best part, with lots of lounge space, grill, hot tub, ample pool towels. Lighting in the pool and on the deck was beautiful at night. Location is great and close to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Enjoyed our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the house. The pictures are extremely accurate and there were no surprises. The outside is incredible and we were thrilled to have the private, heated pool to use. It’s a short drive to the beach and restaurants - nowhere is more than a 10 minute drive. As other reviewers noted, the bathrooms/kitchen are outdated but perfectly functional and clean. Would definitely recommend!
