The unit was clean and private. Wifi worked well. All amenities provided (towels, shampoo, utensils) which was very helpful.

The property is very nice, but if you bring a pet do not plan on getting the deposit back as it is listed. After two weeks of not receiving the deposit back, I messaged the property owner. The owner stated she does not know what I am talking about and I would need to contact VRBO. The pet refund is set under the House Rules (set by the owner). I wish she would have been more cooperative with this situation. I find it a lost cause at this point.

We booked this very last minute when evacuating from a hurricane. Was very accommodating and welcoming. The place is beautiful, well-equipped, and comfy. Plus they let you bring your furry friends! I cannot recommend this place enough.

We had a lovely time. The accommodation was perfect, charming with lots of light and very comfortable. It's beautifully landscaped and quiet. The neighborhood is very pretty, with lovely trees, gardens, and friendly horses down the street. Our host was very gracious and a dog-lover herself. It was an 18-minute drive to Siesta Key, which was totally fine as we had the best of two worlds. Would happily stay again.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this studio apartment 13 nights. Very quiet and private. The apartment was just like the pictures. Plenty of space with everything we needed.

We stayed here originally because it was dog friendly. We were impressed with everything about the property. We met our host upon arrival. She was delightful and friendly. The outside of the property visually expresses relaxation. The inside was cleverly decorated and included everything one might need. The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. We cannot say enough good things about this place. We will definitely recommend to friends and family and will be staying here again.

The hosts were very responsive . . . replaced an in-wall air conditioner two hours after we reported its failure. We felt quite secure knowing our hosts were readily accessible and dedicated to making our stay a success, which it was.

Z’s palace was not only beautiful but had everything I needed and more for my trip! The bed was comfy, had a full kitchen so I could save money and cook rather than eat out every night. Communication with her was so easy and she was super responsive! 10/10 would recommend and would stay again!!

My hubby and I stayed here for 3 months and we enjoyed the location, and we made to feel welcome by the owner. Z became part of of us as if she were family❤️ we loved the property to just relax and take a walk in the neighborhood . The Sarasota area was fun to explore and easy to Seista Key. Thanks again Z for the great 3 months!!

Property was great! Only snag was finding it in the dark was hard. Air conditioning was a little difficult to figure out but overall great place highly recommend.

This property was beautiful! It is the best place that my husband and I have ever stayed at. The property owner, "Z", was so attentive and genuinely wanted us to have a great time and feel at home. It was clean and the bathroom was absolutely gorgeous. We plan on staying here any time we can when visiting Florida.

The property is beautiful! Our room was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Zalat is very kind and thought of everything we would need. I'm thankful a washing machine and dryer were available on the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Z was a fantastic host, hospitality and communication was top notch! We weren't sure of her damage after Hurricane Ian but property was cleaned up and well maintained. The interior was immaculate with great decor. We cooked and had dinner outdoors, very private. We will most definitely stay at this place again in the future!

Summer Trip
The place is immaculate and spacious. The property is exactly as it’s stated in the listing. They have plenty of condiments and toiletries in case you need any. I have Absol no complaints as it was such a wonderful experience. I make yearly trips to siesta key in the summer and this has been by far the best rental property we have stayed at. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful cottage
The cottage spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was lovely and had a huge shower. Everything was updated and immaculate. The owners were very friendly and available to answer questions. The property had a lovely deck and an outdoor gazebo with comfortable furniture. I would definitely stay there again.
