No vacuum or broom. It took hours for someone to resoond to our request to come to bring something to clean up. I was charged almost $100 more than the Travelocity said would be our total. Have not been able to get any reason, receipt or bill from host for extra charges. I now have to go thru credit card company.

At first I thought this was a fake ad as it had little to none reviews and so many properties available. So I did research and took a chance. The manager JC convince me that this was indeed a real ad and he would love to host me and my family. Upon arrival everything that was stated was true. Parking included, checked in at showboat, you do need to leave your ID to get a luggage cart. Check in was smooth and elevators weren’t far away. We were in the apts side of showboat but still connected. The room was roomy and great. Had 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. With a wife and daughter it was welcomed to have for my son and I to share one lol. Upon checking out the room we found a few minor issues and reported it to management and they corrected it immediately and was apologetic. You don’t get an ocen view but you don’t need one cause you won’t be in the room long. One bedroom had 2 beds queen and full and the other 1 queen. Plenty of space and the bathrooms were huge. Only drawback was one tv in the living room which wasn’t used except to watch the weather as hurricane ida was hitting New York and nj. The kids and us used our devices to watch what ever we really needed. We connected a work computer to the large tv to watch a tour of a school zoom meeting for both kids. Wifi was spotty but we had our own MIFI so streaming doesn’t them was good. The laundry room was great. Used an app which was quick and easy and first wash was free. The app notified you when your wash was completed. Elevators were clean and working. Since it’s apts noise level we’re low because people actually do live here so if you are coming to party in the room I wouldn’t recommend this. No need to party in room when there are access to bars right downstairs. I recommend this place for family’s and groups as is so roomy and clean and comes with a full kitchen. Also there is no phone in the room so u can’t call downstairs for anything. Full gym downstairs which I didn’t use and parking was close by. Only 2 restaurants were opened both were inexpensive but food was just ok. We will book this again at least twice a year and look forward to going there again.
