We had the best experience here. All clean and comfortable. Perfect location to tourist attractions. Self check in surely the best option, no messy and no complicated long-awaited registration.

The only hiccup was we had to go down to iron room at Level G. Its a bit tough for us after a long tiring day and need to go down for iron.

No one pickup phone and person in charge not answer all my enquiries with a good answers.

For 150++ room, the room quite small, even dont have any free mineral water. Aircond was so bad, takes long time to cold the room. Slow deposit refund. I still dont received my deposit right now.

Clean hotel for a night stop.

I'm a claustrophobic person. The hotel narrow passageway irritated me.

The staff didnt reply me when I have a problem during self check in. They didnt refund my deposit also. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The shampoo provided are dirty and old. The price is quite high compared to the other hotel at that area but it really doesnt worth. Hope there is no other victims like me will suffer from this service again.

The check-in was fairly easy. The location is near to good eats.

The staff will immediately put you into a WhatsApp group chat, where they will tell you a number of information. In my experience, they told me of a deposit that they will refund. I did not make a deposit, and told them that I'm confused and sought clarification. But they told me that I'm still gonna get the refund and that i should not leave the group until i do. 2 or 3 weeks later, nothing, no refund. Confusing. I don't think they need to this all over the place and complicated. A lot of copy and paste answers from the staff.

The location, woha, so strategic, everything is nearby, except nasi ganja, haha.
