We chose this location for our annual girls trip. It was perfect! Direct access to the beach, safe, comfortable and near delicious restaurants.

It was a decent place. It is in need of some updating. The bathrooms and showers were 80s/90s with some minor touch ups. When we arrived we found that the cleaning crew had not done a fantastic job. We found dirty towels hanging in the guest bath behind the door. The towels in general were dingy and old. We bought some bleach and washed the towels which helped. With some renovations this could be a gem. The driveway is very tight with not much room to walk beside your parked vehicle on either side.

Wonderful location, best host I’ve ever dealt with, peaceful, clean, safe and convenient area. Great two story townhome with absolutely gorgeous views and the beach just a few steps away. Have nothing bad to say!

Great location. We didn't really need to contact the property owner, everything was as expected. We did struggle a little with opening the front door from the inside, the lock didn't always want to cooperate.
We also had a great view of the Spacex launch- very cool experience!

This condo is really nice. It look like it was recently renovated. There is easy access to the beach. Only bummer was grills aren’t allows by the HOA. But that wasn’t a big deal. Overall - Highly recommended!!

Great property - pics on the listing are true to life, and the setup of the condo is great. Walked right out the back to nice grass path to boardwalk an onto beach. Very live-able and held 4 adults with plenty of room to spare. Resident turtle under the deck was an added bonus!

We stayed at this location for a family vacation for 4 days. My son loved that it had levels. It was really cleaned and smelled great when we checked in. Instructions were clear and check in was easy. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. It literally right next to the walk over the dunes to the beach. We are able to cook at night. Even on the days it rained we loved playing board games in the living room. There is a community pool we took advantage of too! The upstairs bedroom has a balcony with an incredible view. We loved this place!

Overall our stay was wonderful. The townhome is located a short walk to the beach. The beach can be viewed from the upstairs balcony off the master and the waves heard from either deck!
We had everything we needed and were a quick 5 minute drive to the store for groceries.
The area was clean, quiet, and well kept. The only negative for us was the beach area allowed cars to drive and park for the day. There was an area for just beach chairs a little ways past it which is where we spent our beach time each day.

We spent two weeks in this beautiful condo right on the ocean. Woke up to beautiful sunrise every day. We loved walking on the beach, riding bikes, playing golf, swimming in community pool and exploring near and far. We will return .

Myself and 3 work colleagues spent a week here for a work conference. The condo was great. The split levels made it feel super spacious so we could spread out and not be on top of each other. The ocean views from the master are gorgeous and the sunrises beautiful! Definitely recommend this unit.

This rental was perfect for us. It was quiet and comfortable. The owner is prompt and responsive. The unit is clean and well equipped. The beds are comfortable. If watching sunrises on the beach with a cup of coffee and exploring Florida's nature and history are your thing, then this rental is a great choice. But, if you have small children or individuals with limited mobility, this complex with many stairs should probably be avoided. The condo complex is a mix of owner occupied units and families vacationing at the beach. If you're looking for a party atmosphere, you'll want to look elsewhere.

Host was great to communicate with! She was very helpful and informative. We chose this rental only because the upstairs deck had perfect view of the ocean-(downstairs was obstructed w dunes) we were very disappointed to find out the deck needed repair so we were unable to use it . We knew the bedrooms were upstairs but didn’t realize when u enter you have to go upstairs to the family room, the unit has 4 level of stairs.

Just what we needed for a short break from Reality! This place was very convenient to beach access and enough space for our family of 5 plus 1 extra cousin. The kids loved the house, very relaxing! Renee was super responsive and made us feel secure in knowing she was available and ready to accommodate. We will be back!

Great stay!
Our family of 4 (2 small kiddos- 6 & 9) loved our stay. We were in a perfect location to take the kids to the beach whenever we wanted, and this place had all that we needed to cook. Beautiful beach views from the upstairs deck! We'd stay here again.

Family beach trip
Fantastic location! This rental isn’t the top of luxury but it has all the necessities and the location can’t be beat for families with young children who want to spend a week on the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook at home. Games were available. Beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. The host was very responsive. We would stay again.

Surprising and serene.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Fernandina beach/the townhouse. Easy beach access, fun layout, and the owner literally supplied everything you may need! We hope to return again some day.

Just Right!
This is place was perfect…my goal was to be right on the beach, see the ocean from the house, hear the waves at night, and wake up to an ocean view. This place was just right for that! Simple, clean, amazing amenities and access for the money and the best beach in northeastern Florida. We hope to go back as often as possible.. Hosts I felt were extremely helpful and very responsive. I had no doubt if there had been a need they would have been right on it.

Great stay at Sandpiper. We really appreciated the accommodations with the home, including pack'n play, roll out bed, back deck hose for easy clean up, and all the kitchen tools. The view of the ocean from the kitchen and upstairs bedroom and balcony were beautiful. Beaches were great for all ages: tide pools perfect wading and collecting ocean treasures, waves were great for boogie boarding and beach had both white soft sand and hard packed wet sand.
