The location was great as there was a supermarket for shopping within walking distance. There was also Netflix so my kids enjoyed watching that. The property had wi-fi access available so we didn't need to look or ask. The apartment was spacious.

We were a family of five and I selected the place as it said it could sleep 6. However, there was no sofa bed, but a mattress was provided. But no sheets or a blanket for that mattress. I was told to take the top sheet off the bed and use it for the mattress but no blanket was provided. Then there were only two towels but we were five people and I was told we needed to share. I have two teenagers, two adults and a small person. Very unacceptable. After demanding more towels and sheets, I was allowed to use the ones in reserve for changing the bed and towels. This gave two sheets for the mattress but no blanket. Now, we had 4 towels instead of 5 but we were told no one would change the towels or bedding. The hosts was also very difficult to contact by phone. There was also no way to pay by credit card as the machine was broken. There was leftover food in the refrigerator when we arrived and there was a freezer but no way to plug it in, which I found out after I bought ice cream.
