the hotel was clean and staff very friendly.

I went to my truck at 830 pm. 2 men were breaking into it and then held me at gun point. security guard told me it happens every night at that location.

The shuttle was super convenient and quick. The complimentary breakfast and dinner were amazing as well. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond.

The nice comfy clean room. The extra amenities; free meals & drinks.

Was noisy that Thursday. Housekeeping staff & person above. Also didn't like the ton of confusion upon check in. The assistant manger, was stating things like they don't really work with y'all, that the pricing with y'all is off; wrong. I mean, she threw y'all under the bus! I told her, I've never had an issue with them regarding pricing. Sooooo much hell, literally first day, upon arriving. Confusion of whether or not, you all had added the deposit in the amount or not. Because it said "taxes and fees". I mean, that could mean anything ("fees"). So basically, I was trying to get clarity; a breakdown. That did not happen! Until- I saw my receipt upon leaving. So, 3 days of sheer wondering 🤦‍♀️ When I should have been mentally* relaxing.

The property was in a great location. Rooms was clean. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great.

The ladies that were working the front desk Saturday did an amazing job with a customer who was very upset about something and they couldn't do much about the situation. He kept coming back and they did not get frustrated or upset, they just kept telling him the policy. We watched the whole interaction, and I was super impressed by their professionalism.

I liked everything! The even had a happy hour I mostly missed, but it had a lot! Pasta, hotdogs, chili, just for starts, beer and wine and some mixed drinks, you could really do some damage there! The coffee machine in the room puts out some righteous brew. I brought my requisite half n half so I don't know what they had for creamer. Breakfast was more than expected with two kinds of eggs, sausage gravy, oatmeal, and waffles, I think, plus more. I didn't have to buy breakfast at the airport! The bed was super comfy and the aircon was quiet. The gym was also loaded, had a great workout on many pieces of new equipment with TVs. Excellent! Get this, the airport shuttle was on demand! None of this on the hour and half hour fistfight business. I was the solo flyer at 0615 and the driver came around in minutes. 24/7, the driver serves 4 hotels in close proximity, very efficient! See this big ticket, national hotels? You can offer all this, too, but you don't !!

Hard to improve on this stay! My only small issue was trying to tune the tv properly on the gym equipment! It was a bit of a challenge to figure out but obviously a very small matter!

The meal and drink perks. The comfortable bed. The perfect location.

Staying for 4 nights & the there was no attempt to provide turn down service or any cleaning service at all, even if I may have declined the service.

Great bed, quality furniture in the room, several areas of seating for breakfast that were semi private, which I really liked. It was very quiet, also.

Everything was so good! Excellent evening meal and drinks. And oh the bed and pillows!

The only complaint we had was there was no hot water at 3am when we were getting ready to go to the airport. And the shuttle driver did not take my 70 year old sister in laws bag in or out of the shuttle for her!
