The location and unit were great!! Loved the accommodations for sleeping. The unit was clean and light and breezy.Our family will come back for sure!The only two improvements that could be made, better kitchen supplies like oven mitts, serving utensils etc.The outdoor table was not clean or the patio and there’s playdoh stuck into the outdoor table.These were minor and we managed and had an absolutely amazing time!!

Floors were not clean whatsoever (keep in mind we are responsible for the above average cleaning fee). Had to walk around with shoes, otherwise the bottom of your feet would be black in minutes. Couldn't let kids play on floors because of how filthy they were.
A/c was sub par. Temperature never cooled below 74 degrees.
Drains in bath tubs were extremely slow....you were ankle deep in water by the time you finished showering.
Refrigerator and freezer doors would not stay closed.
Furniture was stained and dirty.
Had to buy pots and pans because of the poor quality of those in the condo.
Overall, this was the dirtiest, least furnished condo we have ever stayed in.
The nice view and good location of this place was the only positive....not usually one to complain, but the dirtiness and poor furnishings will keep us frlm ever renting here again.

We had a great time! Security was super helpful in getting us an extra parking pass and providing us with our gate and amenity codes. Condo was very clean, except for the floors (left our feet/socks black). Kids loved the pools and the short walk to the beach. Loved how each room has a bathroom. Had to call customer service for a toilet issue- they answered right away and fixed the problem with in a few hours. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Loved the condo plenty of space for our party of nine, we traveled with for adults to 13 year olds to 10 year old and one 5 year old. The owner was quick to answer questions via text even questions about other beaches to visit close by. The view was very beautiful. Easy to get around at the condo and go down to either Pool which were always clean. We never heard any noise above or below even though we were on the seventh floor, not related to the condo the beaches were disappointing due to the low tide, quality of the water and smell, I have been to many beaches in Gulf Shores, the dunes in Indiana, Carolinas, and so on, these were by far the worst, as almost no one swam. The entire time we were there a few people were in up to their knees. What I wish I would've known before going was at the ferry to take you to the beautiful island that has wonderful beaches is quite expensive and class between $30-$40 depending on children or adults. The condo it's closeness two places to eat fun restaurants on the beach such a Shaggy’s was all great! We just wish we had an easier beach to hop in and enjoy during our stay

“The ‘71 Girls” (Denham Springs High School Class of 1971) had a fabulous stay at Legacy Towers Unit 701 Tower 2. Ten ladies aged from 69 to almost 70 could not have had more fun if we tried. Hope we didn’t make too much racket for the people next door with all the laughter and cutting up we did. The unit is beautiful and of course the view is the best it gets. Can’t wait for our next adventure!! (Unit could use a new recliner.)

Upon walking into the condo the first thing I noticed was several spots on the walls were a mismatched color. The walls were obviously scratched by prior damage. No one bothered to match paint colors to hide the damage. All the white baseboards were dirty, scratched and in need of fresh paint. The master bathroom behind the toilet appeared to have old water damage to the sheetrock. A kitchen light bulb was out, all three bedroom remote controls were dead, I went to the store to buy batteries for them. The condo is very nice, spacious and set up perfectly but it could use a good paint job. The Legacy property was very well maintained, it was clean and very neat. The staff was friendly and polite especially the two people I dealt with at the security office. The first was to check in, she was friendly and explained where to park, etc. I also dealt with security to purchase additional parking passes, the man I dealt with was also very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our stay but as I said the condo itself could stand out o be spruced up.

We had the best time. The condo was great. The location was perfect. I will never go back to the over crowded beaches of Florida again. I was able to relax and have a great time with my family! We can’t wait to visit again!

Great Condo--I would like to suggest that unless you are an owner of the condo that you ask regular vehicles to park in the side parking lot during cruising and leave the garage and outside parking for antique cars. That would be great to be able to look at the older cars. The condo was great love staying at Legacy Towers and have stayed for 10 plus years here.

We had a great time. The condo was so accommodating for our group and more flexible than other condos we researched. Each bedroom had a private bathroom and two of the bedrooms were perfect for families. It was close to everything and had a lot to do on the property.Everything was super clean in the condo and towels/sheets were luxurious.Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Great for kids and families and adults.

Great home away from home
We were very pleased with the communications, especially when we had to make a slight change to our plans. Lots of information provided ahead of time. The condo is comfortable with "homey" appointments. Was a great place for us and our guests to stay for the holiday. This one is definitely on our list to return to.

this unit needs upgading furniture was dirty and old I have stayed here many times kitchen is in need of restocking the stove rocking none of the lamps had light bulbs. The water had a horrible smell which I would think this unit had not be used in months. After we ran the water it was fine by day 2--Legacy Towers is a great place to stay the owner of this unit needs to decorate and upgrade for sure

The rental experience was good. The condo was great very spacious for our group. Having a bathroom with every bedroom was fabulous. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the early morning. Traffic noise was a little much and getting to the beach was difficult at times.
