We loved this apartment! I stayed with a good friend, my college-student daughter, and her roommates. The apartment is very spacious and well stocked. We loved all the natural light and enjoyed people watching from the huge windows. Parking on the street right in front of the apartment was simple. There are several restaurants and convenience stores within 5 minutes walk, and a grocery store a few blocks further. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great visit to Philly with lots of events for my daughters 16th birthday. With friends and family staying, 10 in total, there was plenty of space in this huge, open, modern loft. We even did a photoshoot, and with the high ceilings and lots of natural light it was a photographers dream.

We LOVED the space! Hot water was sometimes lacking for showers and the door felt like it could be more secure/better sealed for temperature/heat efficiency, but the upstairs was great- loved the furnishings and open floor plan, yet private bedrooms and bathrooms. The owners kindly got back to me about any questions. We were lucky to always find parking right out front. And took advantage of many vegan restaurants delivering!

The property is exactly as described. The open space was excellent for gathering together. The beds were comfortable , and the bathrooms well stocked with necessities. Guests should be aware this is a second floor loft, and there is no elevator. However we were all in our late 70s and had no difficulty. (We did not have really large suitcases). The space is walking distance to the railway station, to the nearby restaurant Louie Louie ,and to Barts bagels. SEPTA is on the corner. Do not be put off by the fact that there is a CDB shop next door. The clientele was not an issue for us. The neighborhood has lots of foot and scooter traffic as it is next to Drexel University and we felt very safe.

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Lots of open space with great bedrooms and a nice kitchen. Parking was easy on the street and there were a lot of food options around. You can walk to the universities and into town easily. Highly recommend it.

This unit is great for a larger family. We had 7 (5 adults and 2 under-10 boys). 10 foot ceilings throughout make the spaces very roomy. Each bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bathroom (2 bedrooms share a bath with a door from each room), plus a half-bath off the living room. 1 BR has 2 queen beds and a wall-mounted TV as well. The 3 showers are all large and have a showerhead above as well as a handheld that can be used separately or with the overhead. The living/dining/kitchen area is spacious and open. The dining table is set up for 8 and could easily fit a couple more. The unit takes up the entire second floor and is over a vacant office, so no need to worry about noisy tenants above or below. The long stairs up to the unit were a little hard on my bad knees, but the railings are sturdy so that shouldn't be a problem for most people. The neighborhood is in the Drexel/University City area so there are a wide variety of businesses on the block and nearby. There are 3 takeout restaurants within about 100 feet of the door without having to cross the street. We tried all 3 and were pleased with each. There are 2 minor issues with the area: 1. The trash gets piled up outside the buildings waiting for Monday pickup, so it doesn't look the greatest by the end of the week. 2. Parking can be an issue: There is metered parking on the street in front of the building, but it is limited to 3 hours at a time (though from 6:30pm to 8am is free, as are Sundays). You need to download an app or use an on-street kiosk using your license plate number and a posted Area Number. The app generally won't allow you to simply extend your parking beyond 3 hours (though it did allow it a couple times but the price doubled from the normal $1/hr). Parking on the opposite side of the street is free, but spots are hard to find and are generally taken as soon as they are vacated. This unit fit our needs perfectly and I would not hesitate to rent it again. Highly Recommended!
