Very nice condo and both restaurants great! Would recommend renting the golf cart!
The parking was tight and the beach is different.

Very spacious and comfortable place. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All is very nice. In the garage there are many items to be used like beach chairs and umbrella. Also other stuff for beach fun. Towels were plenty, clean and spacious, airco was perfect and three terraces was great as well. Private beach is a bit overrated, small beach which is small and not private. Pool and gym are nice.
Nothing, place was great and staff and check in as well. If you wan to be closer to St Pete’s and Clearwater this is a bit too far…

We loved everything about Mary's place. It had everything we needed for our 16 month old son (high chair and kitchen utensils to cook). It was very clean, comfortable and just felt like home right away. The river view was priceless. We loved being so close to the beach, which was a really short walk or we went to see other areas and beaches by car.
Mary was keeping us updated about everything before we even got there, which we really appreciatet.
We hope to be back very soon!!

The home was clean, spacious, well equipped and the complex offered lots of activities.
It had everything we needed and more!

Everything was great! The beds slept well, having a full kitchen gave us plenty of quality time, the pools were amazing! All-in-all it was a fantastic stay!

1) 2 and 1/2 baths are convenient for 5 adults
2) private beach and close by restaurants
3) good communication , quick response from owners who put great care for their property
4) easy check in
5) property manager is friendly and professional
3 levels condo The stairs are not easy for elders or persons with knee and foot pains like me
