Perfect for 2 couples! Communication was great and very hospitable! Condo is beautiful, comfortable & well equipped! Even provided coolers, Towels and chairs for the beach! Walkable to a couple of great restaurants! Highly recommend!

Loved everything about this place. Great location and an amazing view off the balcony. We were in town to watch the Blue Angels and were able to see them right off the balcony. It was very clean, and organized. Communication with the owner was wonderful. She actually texted me to let me know there was going to be a satellite launch and that we would be able to see it from the balcony, it was pretty cool!!! Would definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay at this beachfront condo! The condo was just as advertised with up to date amenities and a convenient location to shopping, dining and in my case, the Mayo Clinic! Thanks to the owner for making my stay easy and welcoming in every way!

This condo exceeded our expectations in a number of ways! The view was gorgeous, the condo was clean, renovated as shown and had everything we could have needed and more, especially traveling with young kids. Kim was above and beyond attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and provided wonderful dining recommendations to accommodate our child's allergy. The beach wagon and equipment provided was a huge plus, as were all the kitchen items (including tupper ware and ziplock bags). Little touches like the room darkening shades and the top lock latch on the door made it easy for our 2 year old to nap and also not escape the condo (as he's tried to in other places). The water seemed extra soft and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the pool everyday after the beach, and Pelican's snowballs a block or two away. Great location for walking to restaurants and some shops. Obviously we have nothing but good things to say!

What an immaculate, beautiful condo! Everything about the condo was exactly as stated in the listing- and all the reviews I read ahead of time were on point! The views were breathtaking from the balcony- we were able to watch many dolphins swim by on our first night- so special! The pool was great for cooling off, and the walk to the beach was so quick and easy. Great restaurant recommendations inside the unit and we walked to coffee almost every day. The location felt incredibly safe and comfortable. I had such a pit of sadness in my stomach upon our departure yesterday- we truly wished we could stay longer! Highly recommend this condo- we hope to come back! Thank you for being a wonderful host!

We had the best trip! The owner was fabulous at communicating with me and even made some wonderful dinner suggestions. This was the perfect size for me, my husband, daughter and her friend. Super clean and the cutest decor! We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

While this was our second stay at the Beachdrifter Condominiums, this time (and particularly this condo) was amazing! Beautiful decor and tasteful furnishings, well equipped kitchen and baths, cozy bedrooms, beach gear. So much thought and attention to detail made us feel welcomed, comfortable and safe. Easy accessibility to the beach, local shops and restaurants only added to the experience. Kim was great to work with from the initial inquiry and booking, to discretely checking in throughout our stay, and up to our final day there. She was a gracious hostess. Many, many thanks!

We enjoyed spectacular sunrises and able to go on morning walks on the beach just a few steps away.
The place is well equiped with kitchen supplies, beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers!
The area offers a variety of great restaurants withing walking distance.
Kim was a great host! She even had beach towels and keys ready even before going into the apartment!
Definitely a place to go back to! Highly reminded.

This beachfront condo was absolutely lovely. Everything was updated and the directions were extremely clear. All the things you need at the beach (towels, chairs, sand toys, umbrella) were provided by the owner. The view was amazing, and the sunrise was incredible each day. This owner has really taken the time to create a beautiful, clean, and updated property and to make sure that guests are happy. Checking in, general directions for accessing parking, etc. were all so clear- it’s just really well organized which makes it feel easy (like a vacation should). The owner also provided recommendations for local restaurants which was helpful. Highly recommend and we hope to stay there again!

This property is well situated in a residential area. Very safe and convenient to main area. It is very easy to get to beach, a few steps, an elevator ride then a few more steps and you’re there. The beach is very clean and mostly families. The condo is well kept, clean and well furnished. This condo has many beach amenities, such as chairs, umbrellas, float and others. If traveling by plane this makes for a highly convenient choice.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this property and we enjoyed it again. Everything we needed for a beach vacation was waiting for us in the unit, so we didn't need to bring extra stuff with us on the plane. The location is right on the beach and we couldn't ask for more convenience.

My girls will be off to college in a month and I wanted to take them somewhere special before life changes! This experience was amazing: Kim's thoughtfulness throughout our stay made it that much more special. The condo is exceptional, with everything you need for comfort indoors and for fun at the beach, including chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards! The sunrises were amazing to view from the balcony, and we all slept so well in the comfortable beds. Lots to do in the area for dinner and cute shops. We hope to be back! Don't hesitate, it is worth it!!

My husband and I rented this property for the week my son's wedding in Jacksonville. The condo was a perfect location directly on the beach to spend relaxing in between all the wedding festivities. Kim was very helpful and very responsive to our needs by text. We plan to definitely rent this property again when we visit our son in the future.

True Oceanfront!
We booked Kim's condo for a long weekend visit with our daughter and it was fantastic...extremely clean and well-appointed condo with EVERYTHING listed in the description. Very convenient to the access point so you can make quick trips back to the unit without sacrificing hardly any time on the beach. We could not recommend this unit more and we doubt you will find a better oceanfront value for your vacation dollar.
