Property is very clean, good location, very quiet neighborhood, short walking distance to the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Good stay over Thanksgiving with family

We stayed for one night and it was perfect for our group of five. Great location.

Great place but a little pricey of a cleaning fee for one night especially since we had to clean everything before we left!

We had all ages grandchildren 5-13, their moms and my husband. Condo exceptionally clean and great location- everything we needed. Wonderful experience

This is one of our favorite townhome properties to stay in and this specific unit was no exception. Furnishing and decor was top notch and the home was well stocked with all the essentials. The hosts go above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay!

We were pleased with our stay. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The beds slept well and it was nicely decorated. We had an easy walk to the beach and the kids enjoyed the park and pool. The host was very easy to communicate with and shared lots of information. We would definitely stay again!

First, I’ll start by saying Michelle was THE BEST to rent from! She was always quick to respond to my questions and was more than accommodating with the couple of hiccups we had during our stay. The house itself was the cleanest of any of the rentals I’ve ever stayed at! Kudos to the cleaning girl who worked her behind off to get it turned over for us so quickly! Anything you may need in the kitchen is there: utensils, casserole dishes, wine stoppers, etc. We also enjoyed the fenced in backyard for our kiddos to get hosed off after the beach! Amenities of the property were great! The pool is usually busy late afternoon so if you’re looking for more of a quiet time go early morning and stay until just after lunch. We never had an issue with parking, we could always find a spot somewhere. The kids enjoyed the little playground so much! And just a short walk to the beach!! All in all, we had a wonderful time! It was a much better experience renting from an owner than from a large company! 5 star!

Michele was a superb host. The property was exactly as billed and was comfortable. It is not beachfront as advertised, but just a few minute walk. Without question we would come back to this property.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this property for a short 4 day get away. I second all the very positive comments made by others about the property itself, the location and Michelle. Of course everything was very quiet at this time of the winter so we can’t comment on high season. But being right across the street from the public beach path is a real plus any time. BTW because of the nice, high ceilings, there are 32 stairs (nicely carpeted) from bottom to top (16 per flight) . Also, there is no outside grill for HOA reasons I believe. Those things were OK for us but could be useful info for some. Enjoy!!

This house is across the street from the double tree in a quiet secluded neighborhood. It opens to a large den which is attached to a full kitchen. There is a table for six and space for three at the bar. There is a great bunk room on the second deck that could comfortably sleep four and second room that has a queen. On the third floor there is a spacious Kung room. It served as a retreat at the beginning and end of every day. Each room has a full bath and there is a half bath on the first floor. 8-9 people could easily fit in this space and all have a place of their own. Easy access to the beach about a quarter mile walk. Best part about this place is the great interaction with the owner. Makes checkin and checkout Easy. Plenty of linens as well!

Beautiful beach house in an excellent location!

The condo was amazingly quiet. There were young children in the next unit I never heard and I didn't hear my noisy grandsons in the mornings! Tastefully decorated with excellent kitchen ware and useful beach equipment. The weather was perfect!
