The apartment is beautifully decorated. Nipping clean and has everything you need… and more. Even down to a fresh loaf of bread and milk in the fridge. So close to the beach, shops etc

The only issue we did experience was the noise from people leaving the bars at the end of the night. Obviously cant be helped by the property owner but they did provide earplugs to try help with the noise

This is a beautiful property in a great location. Every detail has been thought of, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here, everything was in great condition and the places we wanted to go to were very close by. The beach was only a few minutes walk away and viewable from both the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. Considerate touches like coffee capsules, fresh bread, butter and a couple of pints of milk were greatly appreciated. If we come back to Broadstairs again we will definitely try to book this place as must!!

Noise, just unfortunate with an old building/sash windows in the town centre.

The location is minutes from the beach, as well as several car parks. restaurants and pubs.

Location right in the centre of town and very close to the beach and restaurants and a handy car park! Very well equipped apartment and finished to a high standard. Very clean, a lovely touch of leaving us milk, bread and butter.

Can be a little noisy in the late evening early hours due to pubs and club closing but no more than expected for central location and was intermittent, host supplies ear plugs and fans if you prefer to not open the window however we had the window open and used earplugs and slept fine.

The apartment is really lovely. A good size and spotlessly clean. Comfortable and good sized bedrooms. The location is fantastic, so close to the beach, restaurants and pubs. Everything is within walking distance. A great place to stay.

Beutiful Appartment in an excellent location for all amenities. And so close to beach. Natasha the host has gone above and bejond with those little extras like Shampoo, conditioner. Bread, tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter and Jams. Would book again without hesitation.

It got very roudy outside at night on two occasions- Nastasha has however made ear plugs available. Parking is limited and expensive would almost certainly need to be organised before going - this worked out well for us as was able to drop off bags in Dickens Walk (if you have a small car) and then parked and walked. Just Park can direct to locals availing their driveways and was cheaper.

Such a lovely apartment, great location, spotlessly clean, fab extras supplied such as milk, bread, butter, tea, coffee, condiments and toiletries. Comfy beds. Would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't get the heating to work using the thermostat (water was fine) - not a real issue for us but may be when really cold. Be careful with the flat door lock as appears to be closed but isn't always

The front door was not easy to open but got the hang of it by the time we left. No cafeteria, only pod machine

Great position

Great location, the apartment is spacious and has been decorated exceptionally. Good communication from hosts and plentiful essentials left at the property (tea / coffee / milk / toilet paper etc). Great value for money and would definitely return to Broadstairs and Nickleby Nook.

Good decor, kitchen and lounge facilities great. Clean and comfy

Located in noisy surroundings and we needed fans for the rooms during hot weather.

Excellent location next to the beach. Property is stylish, clean and comfortable.

A little noisy being next to the road but to be expected in holiday season.
