This house us beautiful. Centrally located. Elevator was perfect for my dad. We will definitely rent again.

This was the perfect place for us six women to gather and reconnect. The property was well stocked with everyday items and everything we needed to bring was noted in the description before booking so we were well equipped.
Jeff made sure checking in and parking instructions were giving since they were a bit complex, and with following his directions made it a breeze.
We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do so this was perfect for us. And when we did have questions for the owner, he was easily accessible and answered us quickly.

We visited this apartment for a girls weekend. It was perfect. 6 beds and 4 bedrooms.
The apartment was spacious and had just the right amount of space for the 6 of us. The apartment was furnished beautifully and stocked with shampoos, soaps and all the 'extra's. so thank you!
We did provide our own towels and linens, which is to be expected in most ocean city rentals.
The elevator was a plus for getting our items into the unit.
The owner was very responsive as well.
The only 'negative' is that there is only 1 official spot, although you are also given a parking pass to use. We had 4 cars. Since we were off season we easily found parking on Wesley between 8th and 9th on the streets, but during 'on season' that could be more difficult, but something you can easily find a spot.
Once in this apartment you do not have to use your car at all, it is in the middle of downtown with easy access to the supermarket, stores, boutiques, boardwalk and the beach.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the condo. We went down with elderly parents, one of whom uses a walker, and having access to the elevator, and all of the living on one floor was perfect. The space is roomy, and the bedrooms are quite large for a rental property. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The location is very convenient to everything.

We were very lucky to get this property, it was a last minute rental. Fortunately it became available. The description is accurate. It was very clean and updated and we all loved it. A very comfortable property. The communication with Jeff was excellent with quick responses. We had an awesome week and happy kiddos!!!!

Rented this condo for Mother’s Day weekend with my kids and a few of their friends. It was super clean upon check-in and in the perfect location. We had a great weekend!

Perfect location for families or groups wanting to be downtown but still close to the beach. We were able to walk everywhere during our stay. One block away from Asbury shopping and restaurants. Ample seating in the dining room, living room and deck for gathering with the entire group. I truly appreciate the fact that this property had multiple beds that accommodate adults or children!!! Property and photos were accurate. Jeff is very responsive if you have any questions. Kitchen is very well stocked, there was even som basic items you would need for cooking like oils and spices. Would stay again or recommend to friends and family. Thanks for a great vacation Jeff.

We’ve been renting in ocean city for years…this was by far one of the well stocked, comfortable, and cleanest houses we stayed in. My family and I had a wonderful time!

Some girlfriends went to the shore for a nice, quiet weekend and this place was perfect! Jeff was very accommodating and easy to contact. The place is clean and pleasant!

Great walking distance to the beach. Home was clean and spacious for 8 adults . We never felt crowded or on top of each other. Great size kitchen which was important for us as we love cooking in and making meals together . Would recommend a griddle for pancakes and some larger serving bowls or tray or two - but we made due. Loved that they had good bar glasses ! Only downside for our week - which we suspected was out of owners control, was the tenants upstairs had a dog that barked continuously every time it was left alone . But we still Enjoyed our stay . Check in and out was super easy and directions to place and parking was easy. Loved they had beach tags for us.

Great Ocean City property
We had a great experience renting Jeff’s property. He kept us well informed of what we would need both through his listing and his communications before our arrival. Although I packed and brought a lot of kitchen supplies and toiletries, much of what we needed was already there. The beds were extremely comfortable and the furnishings were really nice and updated. The location is closer to the downtown hustle and bustle and a bit of a walk from the beach but this was not an issue for our party. Would definitely recommend!

Great Stay at the Shore!
Jeff’s property was a perfect location for a group of 8 adults looking for a relaxing beach vacation in Ocean City, NJ. Living room, bedrooms, and kitchen were clean and spacious enough to feel comfortable with our entire group. The property was a 5 minute walk from the boardwalk. We were very happy to have access to beach chairs and tags so we could enjoy the nice weather. Would definitely recommend to adult groups or families of this size!

Absolutely perfect
Fabulous location, great layout, plenty of sleeping accommodations, host was extremely responsive. We rent a place every Memorial
day and this was by far the best fit for us. Proximity to the beach/boardwalk was ideal for the group of adults and teens. Would 10/10 recommend.

Wonderful weekend with family over NYE in OCNJ. This place has an elevator which was wonderful for our sister who is unable to take the stairs. The kitchen and bedrooms were beachy and bright. A large hallway, love the dim lighting, cozy sofas and chairs and wonderful to stay right in the middle of town so we could walk to the shops on Asbury Avenue or to the boardwalk. They have a closet full of games and the host was wonderful in response time to any questions we had!

Beautiful home in a beautiful community. Everything was just as beautiful in the pictures as they were when we arrived. There is nothing I could say bad about the property.

We we're very pleased with this accommodation! The home was larger than we expected and has beautiful furnishings. Loved taking advantage of the outdoor patio set.
We felt being next to the police station was not too much of a hassle although they could be loud during shift changes in the early morning and evening.
The house was well stocked, however we thought it was inconvenient to have to bring your own sheets and towels. We didn't notice that detail when we originally booked.
Additionally, we did a good bit of cleaning before but we felt that the list of to-dos on the fridge was a bit of an over ask considering we were also paying a cleaning fee.
Overall, loved our stay!

Nice stay, in the heart of downtown
We had a great stay for a weekend at this property. Very clean and contemporary accommodations. Very close to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Also a about 3-block walk to the middle of the boardwalk and beach, which was great! Would definitely stay here again!

Post Labor Day Stay
We had a nice time at the beach with family. The house was overall great! At first we had trouble navigating the tv’s but it all worked out and the owner was quick to respond and help. Location was great, easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. Also felt safe as it was next to the police station!

The unit wasn’t as clean and well stocked with goods as I would have hoped. The couch had debris on it and and floors were very dirty. We also had to go buy a bunch of supplies which is not what we were looking for in renting a home.

Perfect Stay!
Our family had a fantastic stay at this condo, felt like home away from home. The place was immaculate and had everything you need throughout your stay. Even toddler toys that my 3 year old twins stumbled upon was great as we didn’t bring any, other than their beach toys. We are a family of 6 and it was just us for the week, but there’s room for 4 more, comfortably. Directions to the condo as well as key code entry & elevator was so very convenient. The condo is in fantastic location and within walking distance of everything you need, Boardwalk, Cafes, Shops, Beach etc. Jeff was a pleasure to work with and extremely responsive even going above & beyond to send my son’s blankie back to us after we left. Can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Ocean City.
