The house was really clean and clutter free. The hosts have thought of all the little things their guests might need or like to use around the home. We really appreciated all of the items specific to our children such as: dishware, games, bubbles and sand toys. Host was very quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. It was such a lovely stay in a peaceful neighborhood. Super close to the beach and city center. We absolutely loved staying here!

2 older adults and three children 2 ,5& 7 years old. Enjoyed the nearby beach (a few short blocks walking distance, & beautiful play structure parks, carousel, paddle boats& kayaks by in short driving distance . Fun for all.
We shopped at Fred meyers, Costco and Safeway are less than 15 min by car. Home is well equipped for cooking. Very easy living. Lovely hosts.
One day we’ll enjoy it with just adults and take advantage of the good looking rest, shopping and adult venues we K

We loved our stay here…the neighborhood was beautiful, the lake was so close, the house was beautiful and spotless, the patio was lovely, and everything was comfortable! We definitely hope to come back! We had everything we needed! Courtney was also very responsive! Thank you so much!

We hiked and walked through town, ate out and saw a museum and the dams! Saw lots of deer and turkeys and had a great time!

This place was super cute and so close to the water and a beach. We had two little kids and there were swings on the back on the owners property (they love right next door) and they left a note saying my kids could use the big backyard and swings anytime which was sweet. Would stay again.

Our family of 3 stayed for four nights and loved it! The house was immaculate and exactly as pictured, the kitchen was well-stocked and there were plenty of extra towels, blankets, etc. as well. The A/C kept the home cool and comfortable even though it was 95+ degrees each day we were there. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the home, and a large yard with a swing set and apple trees. The owners live next door and were extremely kind and friendly when we chatted with them, however the rental is very private and quiet, and the neighborhood is lovely . It is an easy .5 mile walk to Sherman St., and only a few blocks to Sanders Beach, both were easy walks even with our toddler and a wagon full of things. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend this this rental.

The place was just as described. Great location. It had all the little things that elevate an experience...great kitchenware (BIG coffee mugs, tupperware), beach towels and chairs, streaming services, inviting and clean outdoor area. Just lovely.

Great location & clean house close to beach. Appreciated the little extras: beach towels, laundry detergent, coffee, reading books, etc. Definitely would stay again!

Great location and property
It was a great VRBO property for our family. It’s only a block from the lake and hiking trails on Tub’s hill. It was clean and very comfortable. The house had all the modern items and property has been recently remodeled. The patio and outdoor grill was great and worked perfect. It was also really close to downtown and the grocery store. Overall an outstanding stay!!

From the listing it looked like a great place, but I did not realize how close we would be to the lake! Easy to walk to the beaches with kids. House was clean and had everything we could have needed. We will stay again!

Thankful to have had the opportunity to stay. A 5 ⭐️ recommendation.

Our little family really enjoyed this property and the owners. The location is perfect ( we got to watch the New Years Polar Bear Plunge) It was an exceptionally cold week in Idaho and the owners worked with us to stay warm and comfortable. Thankful to have had the opportunity to stay. A 5 ⭐️ recommendation.

Family get away for Thanksgiving
Great place to stay! Wake and go for a walk next the lake with plenty of friendly folks doing the same thing. Location is perfect for Shopping, downtown CDA dining and easy highway access. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. My family and I will be staying there in the future for sure!

This was a very nice updated house 1 block off the lake in a great quiet neighborhood! House was stocked with what you’d need to make the stay easy and enjoyable. We had some contact with the home owner for a few question and she got back to me very quickly, she was very friendly and open to helping however she could. The property is a two story so may not be easy for anyone with mobility issues. Owner was very thoughtful and has baby gate set up at the top of the stairs for anyone with littles. Check in and out was super easy and the town of Coeur d’Alene was wonderful with so much to do! If keeping things slow and low key is more your speed, the scenery is so striking, just sitting around is perfect as well. Would absolutely stay at the property again, and we are already talking about visiting this cute little town again!

Great, well appointed place in beautiful, "walk to everything" neighborhood.
We loved it, every time we needed something, it was there. It's in a neighborhood of beautiful homes, making the short walk to the beach and Tubbs Hill a pleasure. Delightful owner next door. We'll go back as long as our legs are good to get to the upstairs bedrooms and bath.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The owner was helpful and accommodating. It’s a great location…just a couple minutes walk to the beach and very close to the Tubbs Hill walking path. On the last day we had a pair of fawns entertain us for hours. Nice bonus.

The entire experience was wonderful- clean and bright home, plenty of kitchen supplies, walkable to beaches and hiking, and the owners were lovely. They were very accommodating, and included a pack n play, beach chairs, towels, and even some toys for our one year old to use! We highly recommend this place.

This property was everything we needed! We loved that it was walking distance to Sherman Ave restaurants/shops, Tubbs Hill, and the beach, but far enough away that we could enjoy the quiet of the area. The house was beautiful, well-appointed, and had a great feel. Thanks for a great week!

We LOVED our stay here. I’ve stayed in a few other VRBO listings prior to this and they were nice, but this house is much nicer. It’s clean, modern, and bright. The house has a well stocked kitchen with all the cooking items you never think you need while traveling. I especially loved that they provided k-cups, paper towels, laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner. The check in process was very easy and communication with the owners was a breeze. The house is one block from the public beaches on the lake and it’s a 20 minute walk to Sherman Ave and popular eateries nearby. I really could go on and on but I think you’ll have to see for yourself. Thanks for having us!!
