Spotlessly clean and with so many little things that made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Wonderful community within the quad as well as within the entire Paseo resort. Hosts were quick to communicate and helpful at all times. Highly recommend this rental.

We have rented several times at Paseo over the last several years and by far, Karen and Brad are the gold standard by which we will measure future stays at Paseo.
Our unit was as advertised, spotless on arrival and just about everything one would need was made available for us. The two lanai's in this unit made things really comfortable to enjoy our morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Our unit is located in a "QUAD" and is one of only 20 in all of Paseo with the dual lanai feature. It was great to have our own pool and lounging area in the quad courtyard. The community center is within 5 minutes walking distance as well.
Our experience with Karen and Brad was great and I'd highly recommend them for their responsiveness, professionalism, kindness and most importantly treating us like friends.

The condo and community did not disappoint. The quad pool is like having your own. The condo has two screened lanai which is a place we spent a lot of time. One big bonus is the garage for parking. Your vehicle is protected and no getting onto a hot hot car. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time.

The entire property/community is just lovely. The condo had everything that we needed for a month long stay, including a well appointment kitchen, fluffy towels and crisp bed linens.
There are several amenities on property such as community pools (one right outside the backdoor), bbq grills, and casual dining options (tiki bar, food trucks).
The owners kept us updated on events and community policies throughout our stay. They were always available to answer any question that I had, and quickly and effectively responded to the one and only (small) maintenance issues.
There are two desks and a large dining table that were well employed, as we e were there for business so having comfortable work stations was very important.
I can't stress strongly enough how helpful the owners' were with property and general area information.

We had a wonderful stay at Paseo. The condo was beautiful and well decorated. Karen handled all problems that we had very promptly and professionally. She is very responsive. The quad pool was a nice bonus. The main pool was only a short walk away. We would recommend booking here!

We had a great visit with family in December. The condo was well decorated and spotless. Paseo has a resort style pool that was great for the kids. We loved the location off of Daniel that's close to I-75 or 41. We will 100% be back!
