Smoking smell lingered in corridor. Hotel should ensure smoker guests don't become a nuisance for non smoking guests.

The Vilana Hotel is really nice, room was very clean, everything seemed to be new. Staff was helpful and professional. Food was tasty. It's close to railway station and walkable to Triveti Ghat.

No food aviable on the table, just from paper menu. No Indian food description, no pictures. No desert. Hard to understand. No facilities opened.

The hotel was very clean and my room was very spacious .
the staff weren’t that knowledgeable . I asked if they new of any yoga or meditation classes near by and they said they would get back to me but they didn’t .

It was a clean and a very peaceful property. Rooms size was decent enough.
Food served in the restaurant was of a fine quality.
The executive at the Reception is a Con.
We asked him for suggestions for Rafting as he is a local there, and he charged us a whopping + 100% as comission.
Rest everything was good at the property apart from the one at the reception, "Mr. Joshi"
