Beach view and close to everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable.

Location was good & easy to walk to Cavill st.
Apartment was just gorgeous with a stunning view of the ocean.
Outdoor pool was closed & the indoor pool had an incredible amount of chlorine in in - very busy.

Very convenient location, restaurants were lovely and breakfast was convenient. The pools and sauna are absolutely gorgeous and we spent so much time in them. The sauna was my favorite thing ever and it was perfect temperature always.
You only get one roll of toilet paper in your room and you have to ask for extra, which staff happily hand over but it would be a lot more convenient if there were two rolls in the bathrooms just in case!

This is my fourth time staying at the Meriton at Surfers Paradise. It is always so clean and luxurious. The staff are lovely and we love the location! Close to the beach, close to the restaurants and activities, but also that little bit further away where it feels quiet and secluded. We also really appreciated the extra touch that was added to our hotel room as it was our honeymoon.
The indoor pool was a tad chilly! Would love if it was heated, especially in winter.

Tap fittings were very loose, tap would almost fall over if touch un bathroom, hubby tightened it best he could without tools.

location was perfect, loved using the tram service. Staff were cooperative at all times. Facilities were clean and after hours service was appropriate, enjoyed our stay.
Having to ask to have extra towels and extra breakfast items (tea bags, milk, etc). Housekeeping should be offered everyday and included in the price when booking your stay, especially it you stay 5 nights or more.

The room was amazing! The pools were massive and beautiful. Awesome location, perfect sunsets.
Staff were Low key rude, judgemental and made me and my partner feel unease.
SPAS were warm/close to cold at times. Very disappointed wishing they were hotter as a spa should be.

Adjacent to the beach. Friendly staff. Hotel amenities. Clean comfortable and spacious room. Comfy bed and pillows.

Small bedroom considering staying in a suite.
The A/C could not change the direction of air as it was was hitting directly on the beds.
Rest room in the reception is not clean.

Great views, big windows, good size apartment for short stays
Room cleanliness- bathroom door dirty, floor not clean. No reading lamp in bedroom. Could be more mood lights. Smelly towels.

Beach front and what a magnificent view. Close to everything and very comfortable.
The Coast beach bar was amazing, lovely food and great service.
Avaiya Spa was wonderful, thoroughly recommend spending some time there.
The pillows are horrible we all ended up with sore necks. Washer and dryer didn’t work at all

It’s beautiful and well placed
The cleaning was not done well and there was some food dropping and hair. Dust was also very visible. On the bench.

Parking not onsite, was not advised of this prior and a really long walk (with luggage) back to hotel.

Took us 1 hour to depart as we were on a lower level each time the Lift arrived they were full.

We stayed for my husbands birthday to celebrate together at a lovely location and was not a good experience. We stayed away from the hotel most our stay other than to sleep as the smell of sewage was very strong and sickening. It smelt like crap in the lobby and in our room.
