We are really glad we chose Shore Beachin for our getaway. It was amazing! We had a fun and peaceful time. We both commented on how close the beach is. It is the shortest and loveliest 2 min walk (or 3 min if you’re just strolling about!) The house was impeccably clean and the kitchen well-stocked with cooking and dining supplies. The folded towels (including the makeup removal wash clothes) were a lovely touch. We appreciated the serenity and warmth of your home, and would love to stay again.

We had a wonderful weekend at this beach house. The home was beautiful, very comfortable and well appointed. Communication with the owner was easy, Wendi was responsive and welcoming. We appreciated so many things- the filtered water, thoughtful towel baskets (loved the hair and makeup specific towels!) bikes and shibumi shade and all of the light switch labels! We were able to settle into the house and our vacation very quickly. The beach is gorgeous and a quick walk from the house. Recommend!

We stayed in this lovely home for 3 nights in July with our family of 5 (w/elementary and high school kids). I can't say enough good things about this rental. The best thing about the house is its location. It is just a short walk (about a block or so) to the beach access. Also to be commended is the layout and the decor and the fact that this house is so well-stocked and well-appointed. The owners have thought of everything that can make your stay more comfortable. The only thing to be aware of is that there were only 4-5 beach towels, so you'll want to bring some extras or do what we did and just wash them daily. The owners were amazing with communication, checking in on us to make sure all was well, promptly responding to any questions, etc. I would highly recommend this house, and we found ourselves regretting the shortness of our stay. We hope to be back again. Next time, I think we will rent a golf cart to carry the 5 beach chairs, umbrella, and drinks to the beach. Though it's just a short walk and the owners have provided a rolling cart/carrier to use, a golf cart would have been fun and easy as there are golf cart parking spots right at the beach access point. By the time I thought to call and reserve, the golf carts were all rented already.

This really was a vacation "home". We felt right at home, including the highlight of our trip- enjoying the great room and the open kitchen that was like brand new with awesome cookware and dishes. The walk to the beach was easy and convenient. Having all bedrooms in the entrance level and great room/open kitchen upstairs was wonderful as well. Beds slept very well (very soft sheets and blankets). Adult kids enjoyed their own rooms.

This house was perfect for us. Absolutely beautifully decorated and well stocked. It is very close to beach access and also a very private lot. The owner was easy to reach for a question I had and very pleasant to speak with. Would love to return.

This house has everything you could possibly need and then some! The walk to the beach was only a few minutes and all of the beach necessities (shibumi, chairs) were awesome to have available. The kitchen appliances were above what rental properties typically have so cooking was a breeze. The Alexa units & smart TVs provided infinite entertainment options. The house is also conveniently located near town and we were able to sign up to play pickleball at the rec center, which was an added bonus.
Wendy is an awesome host & very easy to get in touch with. We will definitely stay at Shore Beachin’ when we return to Emerald Isle.

Great home with an open floor concept, amazing kitchen supplies for the chef in your party and plenty of notepads and pens for family game nights. Incredible and attentive host, house was less than a 3 minute walk to the public boardwalk. The home has bikes, beach chairs, coolers and a Shibumi tent for those hot and sunny days at the beach.
Great layout with plenty of furniture. I really liked that the sheets for the beds and the towels (a basket per room) were provided for all of our guests.

We have thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Most of the house is newly renovated and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything you would need and the dishes/cups/glasses were actually very nice (unlike some properties I have stayed at before). There were also variety of board games and Alexa in every room. The walk to the beach is super short and the beach is so lovely. I would definitely stay again!

Excellent spot, both for location amenities. The beach is gorgeous and so close ! The town is very inviting also but the property was the best - a lovely, clean, well stocked 3 bed 2 1/2 half bath duplex with a superb kitchen.

Everything was totally accurate as stated. Cleanliness was excellent, comfort, organization, and supplies were beyond expectations. Great place to spend some leisure time. Communication with Host is superlative.

We enjoyed our fall break stay in this beautiful, well-stocked home. The storage room was great and had lots of beach supplies to use. The upstairs area with the kitchen, dining and living room was beautifully decorated with plenty of space and comfortable seating for our group of 6. Communication with Wendi was great and check in was simple.
Just a comment that the closest beach access (about a 2 min walk) is easy to get to but does have quite a few steep steps to the beach so is a bit difficult with a beach cart/wagon. The beach access down the road (to the right) a bit further down a hill (about a 7 min walk) does not have steps and is more accessible for a cart/wagon.
Overall we had a wonderful time and made lots of great memories with our family!

We have been coming to Emerald Isle for many years. This was our favorite stay! All the beach gear was available for us. Hauling it to the beach was only a 3 min walk. Super clean and owner is so nice! Will stay here again for sure.

Pleasant neighborhood. Very nice beach decor. Although a duplex very soundproof. Well supplied with quality cookware. 4 minutes to beach and no steep inclines if you have trouble walking. But the house has long stairs. I would stay here again.

This was my kids first time being at the ocean. We wanted a more quieter, family centers area. And this was perfect. The location of the house to the beach was perfect. The house was well equipped and great for what we needed. The supplied beach items were a true life saver for we added my dad into our car at the last minute so we had to conciliate, bear minimum of items and cut a lot of the bulky items. We had to contact the owner about 2 issues but she was very friendly, open and never made us feel like we were a bother to her or interrupting her. She fixed the items really quickly. My husband is Not a traveler, with never going on vacations as a kid and he hates the water and sand BUT he even said this was perfect and he Would come back again. It true lily was a great trip.

This was truly a wonderful experience.
The location was perfect. The house is well equipped and updated. If you like to cook, you have everything you need. There is a rather large storage area for beach equipment (a lot of chairs in excellent condition, a Shibumi and 2 large beach carts ). Most importantly, the pictures online are very accurate.
The location is amazing with a short pleasant walk to the water.
The island itself is worth visiting. It’s super clean and well maintained. 2 large grocery stores (Publix and food lion), many places where to eat and plenty of things to do for the kids. If you have time, drive over to Beaufort or take the ferry to cape lookout.
Wendi is wonderful. She stayed in contact with us and made sure we checked in ok and followed up later on in case we needed anything.

Beautiful Family Vacation Home
This house was perfect for our family with two young children and grandparents. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated…we felt like we were in a resort! We love to cook and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed…Ninja blender, mixer, great pots/pans, dishes, etc. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. The short walk to the beach was easy with the cart and beach chairs provided. The Shibumi shade was easy to set up and had ample room for four adults and two children. We loved our stay at “Shore Beachin” and hope to return next year.

We had a great time at Wendi's house in Emerald Isle. The house is really beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. Wendi is a wonderful host, she is very responsive and made us truly feel like at home. The house is in a beautiful location, only a brief walk from the beach and very close to the bicycle path and stores/other attractions.

Had all the amenities one could ask for in a rental. Almost felt like it belonged to a family member and we were just borrowing it for the week. A couple of minor appliance glitches, which Wendi resolved quickly, but otherwise a perfect week.

We hosted dinner for our 20+ local family one night and there was room, serving dishes and everything imaginable to make the night go well. Our family raved about the decor and granite countertops. The owners had extra of anything we needed and we put the blender to good use every day. All the furniture and bedding was high class with lots of special touches throughout the house. The wifi was great, TV options were perfect, laundry held a lot and we used it frequently. The beach chairs they had available were brand new; we greatly appreciated them, and washed them off before hanging back for the next guests.
We drove to our local family’s house for beach access so I can’t speak to that but saw lots of families walk past our house with beach gear, so it had to be close!

Beautiful house just steps away from a quiet section of the beach
The house was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable for our family of 4 (kids 9 and 12). It would have comfortably accommodated 6 people. Everything functioned perfectly, and the kitchen had everything you need for cooking in. We especially enjoyed Keurig coffee machine, Ninja blender and listening music through various Alexas. Beds were very comfortable and AC worked like a charm. The owners have really thought of everything. Finally, the location is fantastic. Only steps away from the beach and a few minutes car / bike ride from several restaurants and a well stocked Publix grocery store. The other side of the duplex was occupied by its very friendly owners during our stay, and we did not hear anything through the common wall. We would definitely come back to this house!
