Lovely apartment in a great location. Cooking facilities were excellent. Very clean bathrooms and bedlinen. Beds were comfy enough for a two night stay.

Parking is a little difficult. The main problem was a plumbing issue with the kitchen tap often leaking and making a loud noise - rather annoying in the middle of the night! Shame that there was scaffolding obstructing the sea view at the front however we had been warned that it may be there before we arrived. Just a suggestion that the layout in the main bedroom could be better by putting the bed against the right wall, the way it is now makes it rather tricky to access the bathroom - suck in!!

Comfortable, quiet, right in the centre of Barmouth.

Parking was a bit of a problem - parked opposite in art gallery car park for 5 pound but often noone there to take money so posted it through letterbox and hoped for the best! Feel it should have been clearer as I thought I'd booked somewhere with parking.

Great location and the property was everything we needed and clean.

Although the double bed was comfortable it was very noisy, woke me up everytime i moved during the night and the neighbours upstairs were very noisy.
