+ great location + lovely balcony & views over the port + spacious apartment + private parking space + communication was super

- shower room was very poor; tray with no edge + shower curtain = water everywhere. Small, dated, not relaxing at all. - no aircon (although we knew this before booking) & some of the celing fans seemed to run slow - generally pretty dated; kitchen & bathrooms could do with a revamp.

the location and view could not be faulted. the balcony is lovely . the apartment is spacious and two bathrooms was great good to have a washing machine (but there is no dishwasher).

agree totally with other reviewers about the negatives: 1. dealing with Booking.com, bookiply and agent is clumsy 2. the lack of amenities in the apartment - no olive oil, salt, pepper, teabags, soap!!!! and one roll of spare toilet paper for a week. seems mean of spirit 3. apartment is dated but perfectly clean (although weird lots of the light switches were taped down) 4. was eaten alive by mosquitoes at night. 5. this apartment would be hot in summer

Really nice apartment in central location with a beautiful view of the port. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby and also great location for hikes in the area.

The shower in the smaller bathroom had an elevated floor and no edges, so it was hard not to get the floor wet while showering.

The appartment was very clean, in a fantastic location with an amazing view. It is literally a little 3 min stroll round the corner to the middle of the beach and restaurants.

I think the kitchen was adequate but a little outdated. We have been to a few villas and appartments over the years and we were very suprised that the cupboards were totally bear. We have normally had the basics left or supplied in our rentals over the years, e.g. tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper but in Bellavista the cupboards were absolutely bear.

The location and stunning views of beautiful Port de Soller could not have been more idyllic. exactly what we were hoping for. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and very comfortable with the best balcony ever! Our welcome and the communication from host Mats was also brilliant.

We really missed having air conditioning, especially in such a hot summer. To be fair we knew this of course but would only book again if air con was installed. Also all the bed pillows were past their usability being reduced to lumps and several with towelling covers - not conducive for sleep in a hot climate.

The view from the apartment and the balcony were everything. This alone would make me rebook this apartment. The inside is a bit dated, but fully functional. Having parking below was super nice. The apartment is a short 5 minute walk from the main promenade and all the attractions in Port de Soller.

The bathrooms had a smell to them that was unpleasant. Our first part of our stay was chilly and we had to pay extra for heat that only worked select hours of the day. They also forgot to collect the city tax and so we had to wire transfer it later, which was a huge headache.

Perfect location, close to restaurants, beach, swimming and promenade. Nice and clearing apartment, large balcony facing the sea. Easy to heck in.
